I'm starting to think this is going to get rather messy. I replied to their email and asked them to send the product I ordered minus the box decorations. Since then nothing, no communication whatsoever. Now, if I get a tin of spicy beans and a chinese chicken as an alternative, there could be trouble.

dalealan and striker42 I have just raised a ticket to query whether my order has been shipped and if so do they have a tracking number for me to see the in transit status, I think 6 days is sufficient time to get back to me if it has not or there is a problem.

I smell shite dalealan. The email I got had had two options. 1. The goods that were ordered minus the branding. 2. Substitute goods of their choice. Not any mention of a refund. I sincerely hope they're not using this as a ploy to offload a shed full of antiquated gear they can't sell, as there was no mention of what the alternative equipment would have been. Sorry, but this sort of thing brings out my cynical side.

Still showing as processing but nothing since. Thank you for your new order. We have to let you know that we cannot sell any iSmoka to your country,out of the regulations from iSmoka. Options we can provide are: 1) removing the lable with batch number from the outside package, 2)change all of your iSmoka products to other products with the same value? If we will not get any reply from you before shipping (about 12 hours later), we will remove them and refund you the difference, the other products will be shipped. Great find Thanks. I've just got back to the UK and was thinking of getting a couple of spare tanks but ended up getting 5 for £21 delivered. Absolute madness but how could I refuse to take advantage for future proofing my future proof

If you like Kanger Subtanks I'd recommend trying one of the Vpark Maxtank's. Been using one I picked up from Vapour Depot for £6.50 delivered. I was really enjoying it. I say was, as I knocked it off the table earlier today and broke it. I was that impressed that I've ordered another one from them. I think the flavour is better than my Kanger subtanks/toptanks. Thanks for the recommendation Mark but I'm into rebuildables and have the Kanger down to a fine art, plus I would hate to steer away and discover something better as it could mean I've blown a lot of cash on tanks I'm no longer happy with. What the eye doesn't see the heart doesn't grieve over etc etc

I also don't have an order history GunJack ...& although I have paid & payment accepted...my order is still in my cart...I really can't handle this worrying I had the same problem gill2009 . For me it was because I registered to the site with a different email address to the one I use for paypal. With the site it was just showing the stuff in the basket and no order even though I paid. Using the link from the paypal email and using the paypal email address I was able to see the order and could see it was shipped. Hope that helps mate
