Good news gents . . . . must confess I would have been sooooooooo disappointed if it had gone botty up for you with HC as they really have been one of the most reliable Chinese Vendors around since I started vaping, although things can change I do realise. Anyway, my last order has now also shipped.

I also don't have an order history GunJack ...& although I have paid & payment accepted...my order is still in my cart...I really can't handle this worrying I had the same problem gill2009 . For me it was because I registered to the site with a different email address to the one I use for paypal. With the site it was just showing the stuff in the basket and no order even though I paid. Using the link from the paypal email and using the paypal email address I was able to see the order and could see it was shipped. Hope that helps mate I would concur with this - I used a different e-mail for my HC account to that used for paypal.....come to think of it, I've had similar with other vendors in the past

Although all but 2 of my orders had shipped yesterday and everything going smoothly for me, reading about the breakdown in communication between some members and HC had me feeling a little nervous. May sound daft but when you post a thread like this and people appear to have issues with the vendor and their orders you start to feel responsible in some way. Really glad most orders are now shipped. Hopefully joeten has also received a shipping notification overnight too?

Hah nah it's my own daft fault for picking an eleaf as most vendors won't ship em to the UK. Thanks for posting the offers as I doubt I'll ever get another bargain like this. Cheers my good chap.

I had the same problem different paypal email. Sent off a email to support and they answered it within 5 minutes (Impressed). All you need do is forget existing healthcabin account and log in using paypal payment email and there is the order

I got a reply to my ticket the order was shipped yesterday, I also got an update from Vaporl and that has also been shipped then to top it off I had the red card when I got home last night so will collect that this morning, not sure what package it is as Vaporl shows it shipped around 6 days ago why the page is still showing processing escapes me and I am waiting on a tank for someone from gosmokefree.
