So Iceland are considering, possibly with an open mind , on how to regulate ecigs sensibly rather than just copy the EU TPD.

If I understand the situation correctly, it's against the law for Icelandic retailers to sell juice containing nicotine over 9mg/ml.
Far from seeing sense, they've voted to maintain more rigid, less vape-friendly regulation than even the TPD.
