What TPD sales juice are you vaping on & whats it like?

Not sure if I should put this here or on general chat?

I know many of us are vaping juices we have never tried before, bought from the TPD sales.
So I thought it would be interesting to start a thread to get your thoughts on the "premium" juices some of us maybe trying for the first time.
Quite a few home mixers who "don't normally buy juice" (me too by the way) bought up litres of "premium" so would be especially intrigued to hear their opinions.
Not asking for full blown reviews, but feel free to do that if you wish.
Just whether you like it or not and for the home mixers does it taste like any recipes you have mixed before or are normally in your rotation.


I'll start with the few I've tried to date.

Sapphire The Collection: Mixed Berries & Kiwi

Really over heavy on the sweetner which makes it foul to me. Supposed to be berries and kiwi. 
I do get some kiwi on the exhale but the sweetner just kills it. I get no berry taste at all.
Shocked that this can sell for $22 for 30 ml in the states.
Horrible. 

Element Pink Lemonade: Pink Lemonade (Dripper Series): Lemonade, Red Fruit & Citrus

A very nice vape, but not an all day vape.
I get a lovely lemonade & grapefruit taste from this juice, but again not much if any of the red fruit.
A very well crafted juice, but again quite heavy on the sweetener, but it doesn't ruin it like with the previous juice.
Although after several big hits the sweetener does become a bit overbearing.
Great for a blast here and there throughout the day.

Malicious Maiden: Blackberry Cheesecake

This juice is quite a good cheesecake base, but again I'm not getting any blackberry.
Maybe it's just me and I have some kind of taste aversion to berry flavours?
I've added Inawera Dragon fruit 2% to one bottle and Inawera Strawberry 2% to another which perked it up a bit.
I think adding any of your favourite fruit flavours to this will result in pretty vapable juice.
It's not going to win any awards but it is an average all day vape.
I'm on my 3rd 15ml bottle of Maiden already. So that speaks volumes really.

Trixxie Cornporn: Popcorn

I really like this juice. Sweet but reasonably balanced.
Tastes like it says it does. Just like sweet buttery popcorn
Likely to be laden with diacetyl, but that's probably what makes it taste so good and it doesn't put me off.
A very nice juice, and could be an ADV.

ALTO Stratus: Cereal Oats

Love this. I only initially bought 20ml of this from vapourlites and as soon as I'd vaped a tank of it I went back and purchased another 100ml.
They describe the taste as cereal oats and I do get that, but to me the taste is like a cheap custard cream dipped in a hot cup of tea.
Don't get me wrong this is by no means a custard vape, but it's just what the flavour reminds me of.
If you've ever mixed Inawera 111 then you'll know this flavour.
ADV definitely.

Cheap Thrill's Little Havana: Tobacco, Biscuit, Caramel

I first bought a bottle of this juice after I got a waft of the smell from a vapour who went past the NNA stand at Vape Jam.
It smelled absolutely devine, so I bought 60ml. My first pre-made juice buy in at least 2 years.
Loved it so bought another 60ml at 50% off on their site. Vaped all of that and bought another 240ml in the TPD sales.
I get a very creamy rich caramel with just a hint of biscuit in the back ground. Personally I cannot detect the tobacco, but that does not detract from this excellent juice. Once it's gone I'll definitely regret only buying 240ml.
Without doubt an ADV because that's exactly how I've been using it.


I've tried a tank of The Simple Vape Co. Choccolacinno and it was ok, but feel it will benefit from a steep, so will leave comments for later.



Well that's all I've tried so far. As I say it doesn't have to be detailed, Just "meh" will do.
I think it will be interesting to see how peoples taste differ and what each of us get from the juices we try.

Element's e-liquids I've tried so far are all very good to Excellent. Special mention to Tangerine, Fresh Squeeze, Banana Nut and Pink Lemonade as all are simply gorgeous.

Good idea MarkS, I possibly had a head start though as I started on Liquid Bars offerings in Dec........

Element Fresh Squeeze - yes it's orangey but it's way too sweet and clagged my coil in hours, just tastes like over sweetened weak orange squash, I prefer my own DIY orange mixes

Fluff Pop - sweet popcorn, sweet sweet sweet but a good sweet with a lightly burnt popcorny taste, makes an excellent mixer to pep up other mixes and does indeed taste different on each inhale to me

Kilo Dewberry Cream - 'exquisite honeydew cream flavour with light hints of mixed berry' - orgasm in a bottle...........but then it's been my guilty secret for a long time

Clancys Vapours Riptide - 'Bright and sweet ripe raspberry drizzled with rich butter cream and topped with a delicious hint of blood orange' - spot on description and really tasty, like this one a lot

Bomb Squad Fallout - 'juicy mixed fruits and sweet watermelon candy flavored e-liquid' - umm yeah right, more like very very weak slightly sweet nothing, tried pepping it up with some pineapple concentrate but it turned proper nasty so I sinked it

Chapter X11 Vapors Capote - 'A refreshing, yet intoxicating blend of pineapple and peach with subtle hints of bananas and cream' - I get the peach but not much else but to be fair this bottle was from LiquidBar and looks like it may have sat on a shelf for the last decade so the flavour may have faded somewhat, vapable but was probably better fresh.

Five Star Juice Minty Cocoa - 'A classic flavor of delicious chocolate, coupled with the cool and soothing sensation of mint' - black as the ace of spades with a taste to match, I like all things minty chocolately but this is neither, it just tastes dark & musty, incredibly watery, I haven't sinked it yet but may well do...

Simple Vape Co VG Peaches & Milk - love it, exactly as described but needs high watts to get the flavour out, it's subtle but very good

Simple Vape Co VG Strawberry Cake - love it again, exactly like biting into a strawberry cupcake straight out the oven but again needs high watts

HOF Donutman - Had high hopes for this but I get playdoh as I do with most donuts I try, but I am rescuing the bottles I bought by mixing it with fruity concentrates as I refuse to waste this one

HOF Gummy Snakes - lovely pink & blue cola bottles taste, knackers coils after one tank but oh it is such a perfect replica of the sweets, love this one

Kilo Fruit Whip - will be good once I open the right bottle with the right nic in it, originally got sent a 12mg and didn't realise until I was vaping it and thought it tasted a tad odd, flavour profiles for Kilo are subtle but blended really well, just the perfect amount of cream & fruit in them

Gypsy Juice Karma - 'A twist on the classic peaches and cream flavor with a couple drops of spice and VDK free custard' - Umm that couple of drops of spice must be a rather large dropper as it's all I can taste, it's an odd liquid as I first thought I liked it but after half a couple of tanks I've changed my mind completely

Buckshot Vapors Cherry Bomb - aside from Hangsens Black Cherry, this is the only cherry that I've had that tastes like proper cherry/cherry sweets and not the plastic cherry on top of a cake, it tastes like those cherry drops you get in the tin from service stations

Smoozie Strawberries Gone Wild - 'Wild Strawberries, Crazy Bananas, and Sour Apples' - Pleasant enough but too much pureed banana and not enough strawberry for me and no apple at all so I added concentrate to finish the bottle and it turned out rather good and strong

Ice Cream Man Freshberry Cream - 'pink strawberry ice cream topped with fresh whipped cream' - can't get enough of this one so was pleased when it came up on HolySmokes site for TPD - perfect description, not too sweet, balanced really well like the Kilo range


Have tried a few more from Liquid Bar so will update again when my eyes aren't closing as I type

Charlie's Chalk Dust - Drama Swirl is amazing stuff. It tastes just like the apricot pastry mentioned in the description and has a nice little hint of cinnamon that isn't mentioned. One I'll be able to pay silly money for in TPD-compliant packaging and I probably will for an occasional treat.

I agree with BrenD the Drama Swirl is very nice. Loving the Captains Reserve stuff, hard to pick a favourite. The Pink Skull Lemon Pie is to die for.
Too early for me just dripping my toes into these lovely new juices that are all winking at me.

Fluff Pop - sweet and lightly burnt popcorn. really grew on me and I wish I had bought more for the silly price Liquid Bar were selling it off for.

HOF Donutman - got this in 6mg and I think that takes from the flavour quite a bit for me as I tend to taste nicotine. not the best donut but the strawberry is nice and its not crazy sweet like most donuts.

Breakfast Club Pancake Man - overly sweetened to the point I'm finding it difficult to taste any pancake.

Breakfast Club French Dude - similar experience to the Pancake man where the artificial sweetener overpowers the juice. there is a nice cinnamon hidden in there though which makes it vapable.

Cheap Thrills Little Havana - a really nice juice here. light tobacco sweetened with caramel and biscuit I believe. an ADV for sure.

Cheap Thrills Glory Glaze - apparently a blueberry frosted donut. for me it's another one of those overly sweetened juices that ruin any flavour that could be hiding.

Flawless Hot Mess - the description reads churro with ice cream, I get hot cross buns lol. not that its a bad thing as it lovely.

Charlies Chalk Honey Badger - really lovely honey tobacco. not too much tobacco but that honey is great.

Charlies Chalk Trueberry Sugar and Knife - bit disappointed with this one as there doesn't seem to be too much definition between the different fruits.

Charlies Chalk Slam Berry - a little disappointed with this one too. needs more flavour for me.

ANML Fury - beautiful bottle but the juice didn't impress quite as much.

Mr Meringue - similar to the Dinner Lady but doesn't quite hit the mark. one of my worse purchases too as I assumed it was a 60ml bottle (as shown in image) but turned out to be 10ml. no mention of size in basket or invoice. after complaining I did find the size hidden under the descriptions tab. £10 for 20ml I wont be buying again.

Attitude Vapes Custard Tart - really nice custard with a biscuit base.

Attitude Vapes The Guv'nor - love this one. its a strong robust cigar with a hint of dark chocolate but has a sweet brazil nut and banana edge. its one that savoured in the evening rather than an ADV.

Evaporate Mods - PEARL - when this is all gone I will be sad I wish I'd bought ten times as much as I did as I like it so much its citrus, fruity and sweet with a hint of rum very subtly in the background. I would never have bought this one in the first place as I usually cannot vape citrus flavours they get into my sinuses and make my eyes water however my first bottle of this was sent to me as a freebie by Evaporate mods last year so I thought it only fair to give it a go and wow I was so glad I did. Absolutely delicious.

Beantown - Pearana - Top of my list to try and recreate once my small stock is gone, this was always an expensive juice at £18 for 30ml and even in the sale it was twice as much as others I bought but ohhhh is it nice! "Pearana is a silky smooth creamy base that blends ripe bananas and crisp fresh Bartlett pears into one." The banana is subtle, the cream is thick and the pear just comes right through, this is a light fresh fruity not too sweet delicious vape that I am trying to eak out by only treating myself to a tank of every now and then. I have found a DIY recipe for it which has the makers seal of approval and if I can come close to replicating it then I shall be a happy snowy person.

Timebomb - The Joker - A bright red colored eliquid which is a Blueberry & Raspberry mix I really like this one although I can't taste blueberry but its a really nice raspberry this one really came alive in my subtank at around 15w

Buckshot - Double Tap - YUUUMMMYYYYYY Strawberry & Dragonfruit love this one really fruity and tasty, nice amount of vapour & not too sweet, when this one's all gone I'll be looking to try and replicate it DIY.

Proper Vaper - Blue Label - they say "A delicious brown sugar buttercake, with a unique whipped topping and a side of ice cream." I say - I vaped the entire bottle so it must have been OK but as I cannot remember much about it then it can't have been that spectacular.

Clutch Vapers - ACE - Strawberry & Mango a pink coloured eliquid which was lush another that I will try and replicate - fresh and light and very tasty.

Buckshot Vapers - M2- supposed to be Shirley Temple flavor but overpoweringly artificial tasting and just not my cup of tea at all - very strong flavor.

Penguin - ADELIE - I only managed to get 1 bottle of this and how I wish I had got more! Raspberry, Cinnamon, Churro, Cake, Dessert it was heaven, tasty, rich, well balanced, good vapor just lovely and one I highly doubt I'll be able to replicate sadly. * if anyone has any of this they don't like I'll be happy to take it off your hands.

Creme De La Crema - CORLEONE - allegedly a chocolate custard have to say its far too subtle for my tastes but has become vapable by me emptying the remains of a bottle of chocolate concentrate into it. I wouldn't have purchased this again and at full price I'd have been very disapointed.

Way Of The Dragon - RYUU - supposed to be banana cream pie with peanut butter it certainly smells of banana but another one thats simply too subtle in flavour for my tastebuds much improved by me mixing it with my Nomnomz Monkey Brek.

HOF - COSMIC RAZZ - Quite nice citrus flavour but very mild however having added some Rainbow Vapes Fruity Stones Cereal concentrate to it then its much improved and very tasty.

HOF - DONUTMAN - This has grown on me it has an unusual smell which reminded me of something and when I saw TJ say Playdoh I have to agree thats exactly like the smell, but I like the smell of Playdoh so its fine lol Tastewise as I said its grown on me I was a little unsure to begin with but the more I vape it the more I like it, not getting Doughnut to be honest, theres definately some Strawberry but can't put my finger on what the other flavour reminds me of - have to say I do prefer this to some Strawberry custards I have tried.

FLUFFPOP - Marshmallow popcorn I have a ton of this! Sweet popcorn with a slightly burnt popcorn taste in the background - I can vape it on its own but it also works as a mixer or base for other flavours.

Little Havana: First tobacco flavour I can think of what I really like. Very mild tobacco but the biscuit base holds it all together so I ordered quite a bit more.

Sunset Strip: Nice enough but maybe a bit too fruity for my usual tastes. Can't pick out any distinctive separate flavours though.

Rush Rush Yayo: Strong watermelon which seems to overpower the other flavours in there but quite refreshing and not too bad at all.

Lemon Eleven: Bloody lovely but I do like sweet dessert vapes. Lemon doughnut and ridiculously moreish.

Glory Glaze: Had it previously and luckily I do like sweet stuff as this could rot ya teeth but along with the lemon eleven probably my favourites from the range.

All the above from cheap thrills and not a bad one amongst them and no harshness whatsoever.

From Simple vapes. Chocolacono, dandelion and burdock, honeycomb cream and tropical fruit: They're ok-ish but I don't think they're in the same class as the ones from their range above but for the price I can't complain.

Creepy Manor Wolfie: Banana, Cereal, Milk

I tried this juice today as SMKD still have some in stock at £2.50 30ml. So I thought I'd give the bottle I have a go in case I really liked it and I could buy some more. It's a Malaysian juice and I've seen there has been a bit hype about Malaysian E-Liquids, so was eager to try it.
I dug out my Velocity dripper and wicked her up and gave her a good drip of the Wolfie E-liquid. Started at 40w and not getting much flavour. Nothing unpleasant, but just not much there. Went up in increments of 10 all the way to 100w and still not getting much flavour.
Had a read of the bottle and noticed its 55% vg 45% pg so decided it would be better off in a tank.
A quick rinse & wick change in the Goblin mini and filled her up. Been vaping it all morning but still there isn't much flavour to the juice. There is a very subtle banana, and it's a little milky but no cereal as far as I can tell.
I'll happily vape the bottle, but I'm not going back to SMKD to buy the rest of the stock.
The packaging is pretty fun though.

Vanilla Custard (CAP) 5%

Cheers snow I only have the CAP vanilla custard on that list, but will definitely get the other flavours in the future and give it a go.

I managed to keep my spending down to £40 as I've a load of concentrates and nic to last me 2 years at least. I've never looked at any ready to vape juices for years, think the last juice I bought was bobas bounty, oh how I miss that one!

What was really interesting about this last week was how these expensive juices are being marketed, described and packaged, a real eye opener. Some of them are being termed premium quality boutique and all manner of other descriptions you usually associate with perfumes...and some of those prices

I've got a few still to be delivered but the range I've been trying is WFFL, I got all of their flavours in 6mg, for £4 each.
They're all 10/10 especially for that price!

Though I'm unsure how good they are in relation to my usual mixes, as I've recently changed my kit from mtl tanks, over to drippers, so I need to get some lower strength home mixes to try in these drippers for a fair comparison.

But up to now these WFFL flavours are awesome, I'd definitely buy more (when they're on sale)

Sneaky of them to show a different bottle size to the one in the description. Bet you wasn't the only one to make that mistake.

I agree that some of the prices were mind blowing. I could never bring myself to pay that much for e-liquid no matter how good it was. Some of the packaging although unnecessary was stunning though. For example how the Captains Reserve stuff is bottled and boxed does give the impression of a luxury high quality item.

Good to hear WFFL getting good comments around the site as I have 60ml of the Lemon Curd. Made me wish I'd bought some more of their range now.
