The postage is quite reasonable, almost worth just buying that alone. However the Kanger coils look cheap to me, but I really have lost all concept of what things should cost. But buying 5 packs gets the price down to £1.50 or with postage a total of £8.50 or 34p a coil. Is that good?

Village Idiot I think that price is for 5 coils, not 5 packs of coils.

Village Idiot I think that price is for 5 coils, not 5 packs of coils. I might not have set it out that well, but if you look at my maths again you will see I have allowed 5 packs of 5, buying 5 packs is what drops the price per pack to £1.50. I think they are £1.75 for a single pack of 5?

I think the price is per coil and the price drops when you buy 5 or more, but I could be wrong.

Looking at it, it does read its £1.75 for a pack of 5 coils
But, it might be worth sending them a message to confirm if its one coil or a pack of five

Maybe somebody will give a third opinion. Funnily enough, I looked at the coils earlier and thought what a great price they were! Then came to the conclusion that the price was for a single not pack of. Having not long taken a transaction to a PayPal dispute/claim for exactly the same reason - I paid an epic £12.55 for 2 teeny single coils genuinely thinking I was buying packs! ( PayPal gave me a full refund incidentally as I contested the transaction on the grounds of the listing being misleading. ) So it's certainly worth checking before diving in Village Idiot . . . . . .

I can confirm from the slightly less than 'customer friendly' reply I got, that the price is per coil, I have replied suggesting he makes this clear on the website. Given that maybe I should give praise to PurePerfection who I bought some from the other day, admittedly in the sales madness. They worked out at a little over £2 for a pack of 5, he rang to say he had not got 2 of the other bits I had ordered which had cost 60p each and substituted them with packs of coils. I know which one gets my custom in future.

I had exactly the same conversation with my Vendor . . . . and a negative response on the clarity issue, which made up my mind to take their ' shabby ' (imo) business practice to PayPal. These sales we've all enjoyed, buying from sources we wouldn't normally use, have certainly sorted some wheat from the chaff! ( I also only have good things to say about callum-YouVape - top Vendor. )

Surprisingly I got an email back, in which he (after some weak excuses) accepted it could be misleading, and would change it. I had a look a few minutes ago and honestly don't think the alterations really make it clear. If you are selling one coil, you put a picture of one coil. If you must put a picture of a pack, you put printing over the picture saying price is for a single coil. I suppose on a positive note, he did do something.

I made a small order of juice from www.e-chuffs.co.uk/ this morning, maybe about £5 worth. Just had a phone call to say that a couple of items were out of stock now and did I want a substitute, and a couple of bottles in compensation. I said that given the price I was still pleased with what I had ordered, negotiated a couple of additional juices that I am happy to pay for. What a lovely guy! Can't fault his service and can't remember his name... Kev maybe? One to use again.
