Is there any good reason for not making up a litre of flavours in an old pop bottle, lucazade are the ones I am thinking about. Used a couple of 500ml emptys, leaving it a few days before moving them into 100 ml bottles to keep and use from. So much easier in my opinion

its what i do. I make a litre of my ADV FA cola and half a litre of icecream I decant into 100ml bottles as and when that I add my strawberry or banana too. I just reuse the ltr bottles the PG/VG comes in.

Best to label them clearly so you don't have any accidents when you come home drunk from the boozer, etc.

Lots of juices change as they steep, custards for the better but a lot of bakery juices (including some cookies) contain ketones and diketones and these tend to end up very custardy/ceamy over time and are best made 10ml at a time.

I make up two 100ml jars of ejuice and that lasts me 2 months or more. As I used to smoke 40 super kings a day and my present ejuice strength more than covers my vaping needs, I cannot imagine making up more ejuice than 200ml.

Depends on how long it lasts - and what kind of juice you're mixing - as certain juices will 'attack' or degrade certain plastics - absinthe, cinnamon and citrus beings the ones i remember and the reason for pyrex tanks now being the standard. A few years ago certain juices would eventually cause the plastic tanks to crack. I mix, maybe 250-500ml's at a time, and use old PG/VG bottles - preferably the dark brown type - to help prevent the sunlight from degrading the nic content. Found this on a quick search - although based on their in-house liquid the general advise and info might be relevant. Fan Question - Is it Safe to Store Eliquid in Plastic Bottles?

Certainly don't use anything that would have been considered tank crackers, and the juices are generally kept in dark conditions till I use. No kids about, and I don't drink so, those are 2 hazards avoided . Guess my main concern was the plastics coping and not leeching into the juice

Amber glass bottles are really cheap. If I like a flavour I usually make 450ml in a 500ml bottle and decant into 50mls as needed 😊😃🤔

Please be aware that if you are storing e-juice in amber glass bottles in the freezer, they are brittle until the contents are completely thawed out.
So take care when you are removing them out onto the bench.

Och you should have seen the picture on my face as I watched 100ml of 72mg Nic Base trickle out between the shards of broken glass onto the floor of my shed.
At this end of the storage period it was just an unfortunate loss. Who knows what kind of disaster it will appear to be 10 years from now.

For me, fisher, bottle are getting smaller rather than larger. I used to do several juices @ 50ml and 100ml, but now I have around 50 different juices (not including 5ml and 10ml samplers of individual flavours) and no particular ADV, so I'm finding that 30ml suits me better, the only exceptions being Dragons Blood and H2OMG, which I still mix at 100ml.
