Hi all, has anyone tried rainbow vapes real flavours super concentrated flavour concentrates ? There seems to be a few flavours that would be right up my street and if the recommended ration of 1to 2.5 % is right they could prove good value for money.
Jay.

I've bought a few and the only one that has been half decent at a lower % is the chocolate brownie. Even mixing at 10% gives a weak flavour, I think they're a con, or someone is watering them down. I haven't tried the Chefs Flavours SC ones though.

JayJ : I've tried: Buttercream: @ 3.25% this was strong for a standalone. A rich, sweet buttery buttercream, be great for sweetening cream type mixes or adding a sweet buttery note to biscuit and cake flavours. Coconut Spiced Rum: Good @ 2% - probably go up 3 or 4% - between 1-2% in a mix. Butterscotch: Seemed about right @ 2% Honey: This is a really nice honey, sweet and authentic - as a standalone I would go for 3.5% but will do fine as a mixer between 1-2%. Mixed berry: Not very strong @ 2.50%. Flavour wise it's not innacurate, but has no brightness or tang - I may maybe try again at 5%, but was not too impressed. Pineapple: Fairly strong @ 2%, as a standalone would probably go to 3 - 5% - a not too sweet, quite dry pineapple, authentic enough, but not juicy, be nice in a mix. Wild Cherry: A not bad cherry flavour - not too strong @2.50% as a standalone would probably go for 5% or so. Did not realise how many I had of this range until I looked in my stash - should've put this in the concentrate review thread!

beedee thanks for that, I'm looking for a good rice pudding flavour. I've bought there's and I've gone straight in at 10%. If I'd read this before I'd have gone lower but to be honest I can't taste it. Maybe it needs some steeping time. Jay

I've heard Flavor Express Sweet Rice is the secret? I can't seem to find that one on their site. Taylor the dinner lady range is supposed to be nice although I haven't tried them but they wouldn't be cost effective for me at the rate I Vape. Jay

Jay I have the old style real flavours rice pudding - meh, but could be used as a base, I wonder if they use the same flavours in the SC range but at a higher concentration - being a creamy flavour I'd give it a long steep if I were you, also, you can always dilute if it's too strong (though I find with all creamy flavours they need higher % anyway). Be interested to hear how yours turns out!
