I guess I'm a creature of habit. I have stayed with one flavour, lime, since the beginning, That's not to say I haven't tried other flavours, I have, just none that really made me go wow I like that. So stuck with the tried and tested. The same goes with sub ohm and high ohm coils. Just not my thing I suppose. I have loads of atties I will never use again. One day I must dig them out and pass them on to others.

Well done for that bobsbeer. Im on 2.5mg and have been for about 2 years now. I have made zero nic juices so many times but it always feels like something is missing in flavour/hit.
I havent tried it for a while now so maybe i should. Was thinking of mixing 2 identical flavours...one with 2.5mg and one with zero...get the mrs to mark them with something so only she knows which has the nic in it. Then ill spend a day vaping one of them and the next with the other

My OH doesn't know she has been nic free yet. She went nic free at the same time as me and hasn't noticed. She has been reducing along with me, but I didn't want any psychological influence in her vaping. She has continued to vape but said nothing, so all is well so far for both of us. I'll tell her in a few weeks once the nic is well and truly got out of her system. I do think that slowly reducing was the key in our success, but everyone is different and everyone is on their own journey. I'm just glad I am finally free of the grip of nicotine but more importantly the smoke that used to go with it. As for taste. I think the juice has tasted better as the nicotine has reduced. Gone is the peppery back taste. Just smooth flavour.

At best, grounds for a divorce.

At worst, a reasonable excuse for committing a dastardly crime with a large knife, in the middle of the night.

Huge congratulations Bobsbeer, and well done! I've gradually worked my nic levels down and and now vape exclusively 1mg juices which I mix myself, either from a recipe or a one-shot.
I have toyed with the idea of going nic free, but enjoy the place I'm at now and see no reason to rush the process! I have occasionally tried Omg and found it strangely lacking, so for the moment will continue to vape with trace nicotine levels.

Of all the worst publicity around Vaping that I have heard in the past 5 years, this one tops the lot.

To interfere with anyone's medication without their knowledge is a dastardly deed indeed.
To do so with the one that we are "supposed" to trust the most, beggars belief.

Don't worry lobeydosser she knows that I am reducing her nicotine and she knows she will eventually get to zero nicotine. All she doesn't know is when that will happen. Or should I say when it happened. Anyway since when was nicotine a medication? So not sure I can be guilty of that dastardly deed.

The last time I bought my nicotine certainly wasn't from a chemist.  Unless the likes of Darkstar have been bought out by Boots.

They have certainly given a new dimension to my vaping experience.

Received 5x10ml premixed samples (from BCL, all various tobaccos... thanks ghostrider1971 ) and at 0mg nicotine. Have only tried the Old Holborn so far, but have been impressed.

Will order some fruit/dessert samples now to try, also nicotine free. Who needs nicotine?

I can't believe I'm saying this - please watch Perpetua - they certainly benefit from a minimum of 2 weeks resting and are even better after a month.

(I think my 2+ litres juice stash allows me to wait a bit longer now!)
