Good to see that they are at last coming into line with PHE. Still can't quite let themselves go the full hog, but they are slowly getting there. Perhaps the tide is turning.

I think it is more a case of people asking why they were against ecigs at 95% less dangerous than tobacco yet they still wanted to rake in the donations .If as in this country the donations went down in America that would be a lot of cash
