Hi, can anyone tell me if you get an email after you have made an order from Healthcabin to say your order has been received? I placed an order on 20th April and I haven't had a email from them with an order number of anything. I have filled two tickets out but they haven't replied to either of them. I have had confirmation from PayPal. Do they just send your stuff with no updates or communications?

think you should get an email. ive only used them once but got about 8 emails in two days as mine was a large order of coils and they wanted conformation and then would i pay customs etc.

Having just checked my ' Completed ' ecig orders Jules, I've received confirmation of any orders as soon as they've been placed . . . . then a further one with a tracking number, once it's been dispatched. What does your account status say against that order number?

I don't have an order number Perpetua. I have had no correspondence from them at all. I have even opened two tickets with them but they haven't replied to either. I don't know how else to get in touch with them. Just checked my account and there's nothing showing at all for my order. Think I will just open a dispute with PayPal and see if they can sort it.

was the item in stock or a pre order. strange that theve not replied to your tickets though.

Yes item was in stock and not a pre order. Somethings gone a miss somewhere. At least I have proof I paid with PayPal.

In fairness to Health Cabin, as overseas Vendors go they're normally pretty good at communication and quick dispatch of orders, so I can only think something has sadly gone amiss with yours.

Just wonder this case solved or not. Here is my experience with them: I did receive order confirmation email after order completed, then tracking number after shipping. Once I used my new email address to register to get more discount, I found all emails were in SPAM... And I never use their ticket system, just mail them directly. here are 2 emails you can use: support@healthcabin.net and marketing@healthcabin.net My best ejuice:
