I'm trying my best to stay off the fags which is getting easier apart from when I drink. Anyway last week I had a mouth of very sore ulcers. I dont think that's too weird as I get them now and again as I don't drink hot drinks. This time though I've got a white line then runs along my inside lip between the top inside of my lip and bottom of my gums. I'm trying not to over think it to be cancer Must be someone out there come across it or experienced it themselves??

I've also never heard or read of such an issue nottmlad . . . . because it wouldn't hurt and to put your mind at rest, I'd suggest making an appointment with your GP just for a check up.
( The only vaping related oral issues I've experienced, has been a really sore tongue due to certain flavourings. )

You'll probably find it's an allergy or sensitivity to pg or certain flavours...try eliminating things one by one if you can. I used to get horrible mouth sores..I put it down to a combination of pg and spicy type flavours. Also I found out that sls which is in toothpaste is mouth drying and mix that vaping can do nasty things to your mouth. Goodluck.

Interesting theory, I had the ulcers when I switched to v juice. Been vaping 50/50 up to then but no ulcers or line. I stopped using the v juice coincidentally and the ulcers went. The line is still there but it's not white anymore. I'll ring the docs in a bit and ask for a call back they might not need to see it and I hate to waste appointments.

Same here . . . . but there are occasions when they're useful, likely it's nothing - but then you can start the process of eliminating/tweaking other elements in your vapes nottmlad .

Cannot say I've any knowledge of the issue nottmlad, but I'd certainly suggest gaining qualified medical advice would be wise. Further, I'd suggest you ensure you are drinking enough fluids (water) .. for me (and many) vaping drys out the mouth. In my early days vaping I was always feeling dry/thirsty. Maybe nothing to do with your issue but wouldn't hurt to have the occasional extra glass of water anyway. Good luck finding a cause.

Sounds like a VG intolerance, rarer than PG intolerance but still a thing for some. I vape a min of 80% PG 'coz too much VG gives me phlegm.

Agree nothing wrong with PG per se and as you say some people's bodies dont't like it, yes not as many as with PG, but it is still definitely a thing that gets ignored.
IMO PG has important advantages over VG like working at a far lower temp (for me 370-380 F on PG vs around 450 F for VG), anti bacterial and a little less smog that more importantly clears far more quickly, and nowadays it is the smog that gets us banned from pubs etc and it coats your windows and windscreens.

Which I have to admit is a bind, the regularity with which I've to clean these surfaces . . . . through choice my PG ratio would be higher, but the bod says no.

Yes I suffered with this and came to the conclusion it was the very strong menthol I was vaping 😕 I had vaped this juice for well over a year but had to stop buying it and the problem went away.
