Oh, errr......
Donno how it works over there, but in Oz, once you reach 50 the Govt sends you out a bowel screening kit. Many - me included - ignore it. Some others say "finally, I can send back to the Govt what they've been giving me all those years".
Karma got me back though ... other issues saw me needing to go for the full colonoscopy. There's a real fun time ... not!

Its not so much the little camera head as much as the three metres of cable that follows it and the white powder before the proceedure don't remind me Didn't bother me too much but that might have something to do with the 40mg of valium i took before going to the hospital and then asking for a sedative when i got there without mentioning i'd done a load of valium, dunno what the pills were they gave me but the combination had a great effect  |
