Don't worry about following the battery charging instructions, if the battery is green it's fully charged so just vape away Drip Tip - take the small white bung off the end of the carto and pop the drip tip in there!

Hi Karma sorry to seem as thick as two short planks but do I use the drip tip to refill the carto with more juice then remove it?

Poppsie, Karma is right, no need to charge the batteries for 8 hours And as she says (after filling the cartomiser, replace the white bung with the drip tip - far more comfortable on the lips

No Popsie, keep it on the cartomiser. In fact, though they are called drip tips, they are only used for dripping juice with atomisers, so it's best to remove the drip tip from a cartomiser when topping up so you don't end up dripping juice down the centre hole. With a cartomiser, a drip tip really is just used for comfort

so you don't end up dripping juice down the centre hole. That's what I thought Chrissie. Understood now, thanks both for your help.

YW Poppsie Also, don't forget that the Riva batteries are 3 click to switch them on & then lock them again.

Just letting the carto soak - I've put 30 drops in it so hope that is OK. The Riva is massive compared to my "rubbish" one LOL - looks like I'm sucking on a stick of rock!!

You will soon get used to it and not notice the size Things seem to be going well, dont worry if some juice comes out of the thread end of the carto, just wipe it away with a tissue and check to see if anymore seeps out. Better to be a little over wet than to dry I think, dunno if its been mentioned or not, after you have vaped for say the length of time you would smoke a fag, you can drip some more juice in the carto (topping up) which will save you draining it and re-filling it. Though some people prefer to drain a carto. You will feel your way

When you release it , it stops.... Do as Mac just said, hold the button down to vape then release it after you take it from your mouth. The three presses on/off is to stop it accidentally going off in pockets and bags
