Received a wrong item from Chef's - any experiences?

Evening (again...)!

I got my last Chef's order and have received 100ml of WS-23 rather than WS-5.

Have sent them a message offering to do a send back swap - assume they are pretty good at this sort of thing?

Anyone had any erroneous items from them before?

They, as all good vendors, will likely tell you to keep the wrong item and resend the right one as well.


[ETA] (Bad practise receiving back liquids into stock, in case they have been tampered with)

One of the best ghostrider1971 . . . . it wouldn't surprise me that when they pick up your message tomorrow, they'll tell you to keep the incorrect item and send out a correct replacement.

I'd rest easy myself at getting this error sorted out with the minimum of fuss and bother.

As above. They made a small mistake on one of my orders once and apologised and sent the replacement immediately. Great company to deal with and no hassle at all.

10ml would probably last me until infinity and beyond!

That stuff mostly gets used at 0.5%

The real ice fans use 1%

So 100ml is enough for between 10 and 20 litres !!!

WS5 is best used in conjunction with WS23 as they freeze different parts of the mouth and throat

Using them together will give a whole mouth, throat and lung effect.

Use in a ratio of 2:1 (ws23:ws5)

kreed - I'm normally doing 2% WS-23 and 1% WS-5 - it's nice but I just still can't hit that Driphacks super chilly blast

I've tried the WS-23 & 5 in GWE, NV-27 and a few other home brews so far. I did add it also to some Element Fresh Squeeze I bought as juice
