Just recovering quietly now... Thank you my lovely friends...special thanks to Graham striker42 for taking us all that way. The vendors may have been fewer...but it mattered not a jot...it's the company that makes Vapefest

Home. I'll be paying for the last four days for the next week or so, but it'll be worth every second of feeling rough! The people make an event like that and I couldn't have spent the weekend with a nicer bunch, thanks to all of you for being so awesome

What bargains did you pick up?
Lots of free gin, which slipped down very nicely on the Saturday Andy! Kindly supplied by a very nice young man in a Vendor's tent - who I was one step away from permanently adopting!
( I even managed to kidnap Chefs Lewis for a short time and force a gin down him, although it didn't take much persuading to be fair! )
They were selling Council of Vapor's RST Tank for a fiver, which a number of us bought . . . . then promptly handed to striker42 for coiling, well I did anyway. But making a purchase wasn't essential for a free drinky - it was that type of event.
Gill & I lost count of the number of times we patronised this particular marquee.

Just had my cooked brekkie at the premier. Going up to my room to pack my stuff then head back to 31 degrees at home. Special thanks to the lovely VapingBad for being such a star as always and catering for the masses, and sharing his equipment with us all. He brought so much food that lovely chef dagl got the night off and had to take his herbs back home with him. Thanks again to unclegromit for organising the marquee and so much to our very generous mystery benefactor. Thanks to everyone who contributed funds and supplies for the marquee, whoever gave the tesco choccie bikkies, they went down a treat, they were delicious and I must say I had more than my fair share ! Thanks to Pepperty for nibbles and taking fabulous photos. Thanks to you all for being such lovely people. Thanks also to striker42 s wife for the mars bar crispies.

Don't forget striker42's haggis, we definitely had plenty of whiskey to wash it down!

They do indeed . . . . as do Vampire Vape who had donated the bottles of alcohol for Vapefest.
