There has been a lot of press recently about the environmental impact of discarded cigarette butts - something that us vapers no longer contribute too (small pause to feel smug ) - but recently I have noticed a marked increase in discarded empty e-liquid bottles lying about the streets - usually the cheaper brands and almost always 10ml bottles - but still a lot of little empty plastic bottles that could be recycled or at least put in the bin, being thrown away with no regard.
Is this something that other members are seeing or do I just notice them more when I'm out with the dog and looking to see what he's going to try and eat off the pavement (he will eat just about anything that appears even remotely edible).
Just curious.

Haven't noticed it here (apart from around the house )... but it doesn't surprise me with those silly, tiny, 10ml bottles , combined with some peoples disregard for bins/recycling.

I've noticed the odd bottle here and there in the last while. Not sure if it's because I recognise the 10ml bottles and it registers with me or because there's genuinely more litter, but yeah, I've noticed it as well.
How hard is it just to put your rubbish in the bin though...

I've spotted the occasional eliquid bottle . . . . which doesn't surprise me either, 10ml bottles are just a ridiculous use of plastic and often packaging if they come boxed.
Nothing compared to the huge volume of ordinary water/sports drink bottles I see discarded though when I'm out with the dog. Sheer laziness in most instances as we're really quite well served with litter bins in our open spaces. Normally it's the dog walkers who do a ' litter pick ' to tidy up these areas, especially if there are any glass bottles - which end up getting smashed by the urban guerilla's who often frequent these places of an evening.

No badly discarded e-liquid bottles seen in my travels ... but that's hardly surprising.
My thoughts are simple: Doesn't matter what it is, there is always those who'll abuse it. And there are always those who think nothing of littering. Some are just damned rough with no regard for their surrounds or others.

Speaking of litter etc, can old batteries go in the battery recycling bins at supermarkets? I’ve a bunch of dead ego batteries lying around.

That's what I do with 18650, though may need to go to the council recycling-centre/rubbish-dump for egos, they will have both a battery and an electrical section.
