Perpetua - I managed to set up my second one this afternoon eventually. It was harder to get the glass off of this one...but finally

Unscrewed the bottom. Edged my fingernail around the glass at the top (it is very tight) - kind of moved it a little bit and managed to pull the glass down - I think it is extra tight because of the plastic inside.

Hope you get it sorted out - it is a great vape.

Update . . . well what a palaver!

Gareth couldn't unscrew either end on mine . . . so I took the executive decision and deployed the hammer. 

Glass busted, we still couldn't unscrew the ends but he did manage to break the plastic insert with a fingernail and happy days the spare glass slid over the ends/chimmney which we were dubious about at first- sorted, phew.

So I might buy another if Andy ghostrider1971 would be kind enough to pop a link up.

ghostrider1971, Perpetua, sorry you’ve both had a bit of trouble with the itank. I now have aquired a 3rd one and the only trouble I had was with the first one which came as part of the Target 200 kit. I put a little PG in the tank and sat it upside down overnight then submerged it halfway in hot water for 10 minutes, still upside down but just enough to cover the top cap and O’ring holding the glass on, the glass then popped off with reasonable force. Andy has nailed it with the plastic chamber reducer, it is tight to the chimney which means you can’t really “wiggle” the glass off. Hopefully you are both now sorted and find the quality of vape worth the effort.
On a side note, I also had the worst RTA of the year, possibly the worst RTA ever………..Fat Rabbit Solo. As much as the itank is difficult to take apart, the above POS had trouble staying together. Stick it in a trouser pocket and it’s guaranteed to come apart and leave the impression of an incontinence problem. I took the hammer to that one and not just the glass

. . . man after my own heart striker42 , a hammer is an under utilised piece of kit for any vaper!

After the challenges of GG ephemera, this was quite low scale! I was reassured that Gareth also had problems - in true blokey style ( sorry chaps ) his immediate reaction was " I don't think this is designed to come apart " bless.

Anyway we got there and my windows also got cleaned . . . eventually.

striker42 - It is an absolutely excellent tank - thank you again for the recommendation - silly cheap too (might have to grab a couple more!) - flavour is really good - hoping to get a new concentrate review up a bit later using the itank.

Any recommendations on places for cheap coils, please?

dalm it. accidentally just bought one and 2 bubble glass. its Sam from DD fault.

quick heads up, to save a few more quid buy the coils from vape club as only £9.99 there. bought all 3 to see which is best.

Hopefully this one will be a little easier to persuade the glass off, otherwise I'll have to wait 6weeks until Gareth does the windows again.

vape club are so quick on delivery. got the coils arrive today but still waiting for the tank and 8ml glass.

blimey, just got email by royal mail to say sunday delivery. thats a first.

Vapeclub's service is excellent, ordered Friday on a Bank Holiday - delivered Saturday.

And, I have to fess up, just to get the free postage of course ordered another tank as there's not a huge difference in price between them and EcigaretteDirect.

With some trepidation I tackled the glass/perspex insert removal yesterday afternoon.

Having learnt from the experience of the first one, after a little wiggling the glass slid down quite easily this time, point of a knife in the insert join and that popped in half.

Took just minutes.

not time now as got a street party and they are using my gear so need to get back outside to keep an eye on it.

They do seem to be quite variable on their ' budgeability ' MrDJ . . . had I/we not bodged the first one, then I'd have been floundering again.

sorted. small watch screwdriver around the seal and it popped off. broke the inner 2ml plastic and 8ml now on.
flavour is nice enough but so far not as good as the geekvape zeus but needs time to bed in.
think its got the 0.2 pre installed.
what i will say the flavour knocks the socks off the skrr and even the gt coils.
