Back on the Vaping wagon

Well this place has declined since I was a regular poster here, such a shame.

for those who may remember me I was an avid vapour and spent a fortune on vaping gear, pretty much all of which I still have. Having ceased Vaping some time ago I fell off the wagon some time later due to family medical issues which turned out fine thankfully.

so decided to break out the kit again, bought some proper nic and short fills, mixed some of the old favourites and nothing tasted good.

so I thought I’d give a disposable a go and bought a few of these :-

WOW I can honestly say it’s the best vape I’ve ever had, the flavours are out of this world and better than than any of the multitude of liquids I’ve ever bought or mixed.

tried about 5 so far and all taste fantastic. 

looking forward to trying lots more flavours and not having to,faff around with mixing coiling and wicking, take it out the packet, suck and away you go. Not sure how long they last, my first one lasted 3 days and still going strong but couldn’t resist switching to a new flavour. Cant recommend these enough for ease of use but most of all for there astounding flavour.

Interesting your thoughts re. disposables, they certainly appear very mass market popular. Glad that you're back off the analogues.
I'm still happy with an old squonk setup and cheapness of its running costs..... not sure how long 2ml / 600 puffs / 500mAh battery would work out for me .... I don't think very long! More put off/conflicted re. environmental issues of disposables, particularly their batteries.

All I know at this stage is they taste fantastic and at £3-4 each and lasting at least 3 days that’s a lot cheaper than 20 cigs a day 👍 I’ve bought various recognised brand short fills recently and none of them match the taste of these little blighters regardless of the cost of the mod or tank used with them.

Myself, I've become incredibly lazy as far as mixing goes - time etc etc. Although I've hung on to most of my concentrates but largely switched allegiance to shortfills, pop some nicotine in and that's me sorted.

Hardware wise . . . I've still an obscene amount of kit yet to use, some things don't change.

Can say I’ve tried elfbar, who knows what happens with Vapor gear testing in China or elsewhere for that matter. All I know is those I linked taste fantastic and that’s good enough for me 🤪

If it's working for you Greg . . . did you buy a Salts Nicotine Base as many people find that delivers a more intense flavour than freebase - I wasn't one have to admit, But as we well know, everyone is different.

Shortfills are flavoursome enough in the main I find, although I don't ever dilute them down as much as suggested - using a ??mg base, in 50ml I add 5ml / 100ml add 10ml . . . which keeps flavours on the ' robust ' side as I enjoy - could be worth trying at some stage maybe.

Perpetua no I didn’t buy nic salts, just regular PG72. Funnily enough the crystal bars use nic salts so maybe you make a good point on that. Like a lot of people I spent a fortune on mods and atties and coil firing boxes and good knows what else all of which i still have and admittedly a fraction compared to the analogues and whilst it did a great job at the time and became a kind of hobby the taste was never as good as id hoped. These little beauties taste fantastic, i tried a couple and have half a dozen others to try but trying to get a view how long they will last before i have a few different ones on the go. I swear the bannana ice tasted more like a banana than a banana ☹️
i understand they will be expensive for those already vaping but for me its the opposite. They seem to sell them everywhere, maybe even at your work so if if you have a few quid to spare get one and then tell me I’m wrong, go on I know you like a challenge, just one mind not twenty 😂

Most of the disposables I've seen do use Nic Salts which is why I wondered if you'd bought that and not freebase Greg as a lot of people do find the taste so much better using it . . . well ahead of you on the challenge front ( Waitrose along with other supermarkets removed all disposables a few months ago, now we sell hugely expensive cigs, Juul and that lozenge stuff ) but I carry a disposable along side my regular kit as a back up where ever I go. In all honesty, the flavour hasn't wowed me, think my particular taste buds just aren't tuned in to the difference!

Haha . . . can't say I have Greg !

Largely because what I have works perfectly well for me, 13years come April 3rd since I smoked and I'm the type of person that if it's not broken I don't try to fix it.
