had got some 901 atties from james and found that it was not workding (DOA) so let him know and he sent me more..
Those four were also DOA and told him the same he told me he had tested them but maybe they were defective and was planning to send more.
I told him to hold on coz I was testing them using my riva and waiting for the delivery of my GGTS. Tried them on my GGTS when it arrived and it was working great .
So send him a huge letter of apology and paid for the 4 atties which he had to send me thinking I had defective ones..
James is one of the best vendor I have seen so did not even think for a sec to go past him..

So I ask you this, would you contact the seller and say that you have got your parcel but had not signed for it, or would you keep it and pretenf that it has never turned up and go through the procedures of getting them re sent? Your answers please Most likely I wouldn't even notice if it should have been signed or not. But I wouldn't go claiming that I did not receive it.. Good example was once @ eCW I got my stuff.. And one day I noticed that I had more money on my bank acc that I should have. Took a closer look and noticed that PP had refunded my order. Instantly mailed them asking where to return the returned £ as I did receive my goods. Personal discount voucher in return. Another one irl. Went to a local electronics store to buy a big arse fan (hothothot summer). Noticed they had some returned items on sale, big fan among them. It was 25€ if I recall right. Went home and opened the box hoping to get the fan up and running soon. "Oh it's in really small parts"..."Oh wait".. So instead of parts on the fan I got 12 iPod speakerstands from Logitech (40-50€ each). Made a call to CS about the matter, and they told to visit the store next day (it was closing time already). So next day I marched into the store and asked for the manager, told that I might have something he would love to get back. Found out that they were stock items send from another store. And that they were looking for them for the past two months *facepalm* In return I got a new fan, 120€ gift certificate which I used next day for a brand new MoccaMaster coffee machine (yea I had to pay some extra), but it was totally worth it.. My old machine was coming near to it's end. So in conclusion, not in my repertoire to steal/cheat

I mus admit, I've got sent 2 things in error, which I didn't send back. An extra garden chair when I ordered 2 and 50 litres of chainsaw oil instead of 5 litres (together with a huge order of other stuff) I didn't bother telling the companies, because they were a total PITA over each order and I knew that trying to tell them about a irregularity would have been a nightmare. However, I still have slight pangs of remorse. I have given back a purse when it was left in a phonebox, long story, but we were broke on a weekend out (3 bike blokes) and had to work hard to give it to the lady at the tourist information office, as apparently scruffy biker look alikes come below Genghis Kahn on a list of people they want to talk to. She opened it and £40 was in there*, she was as shocked as us (we hadn't opened it) and I got a fiver sent to me by the lady who owned it, with a lovely letter. That must count as good Karma? *This was when £40 was alot of money

Me too I am now as well, today at work well this afternoon, it being a slow day one of the lads was out delivering flyers for work and he had just phoned up and the boss said to me to go out and help him, it helps that he was posting near to where we both work, so as i walk out the door to go to my van another one of the guys who was trimming the foliage, i said it was a slow day any how he said he needed a hand and went inside told the boss, so that was me now helping him, any how 20 minutes later he cut his leg with the strimmer and went off to the doctors, no doubt for a couple of stitches, karma don't try and get other people to do your job, don't worry folks it was only a little cut

In answer to the question, I would probably just keep the stuff and that's it, but I wouldn't try and say it's not been recieved just because i've not signed for it, that's naughty.

I read this thread this morning and I've got to say I've mulled over this a few times in my vaping days, yes it is great when postie signs so you don't have too but on the other hand its a bit worrying, we never use our front door and sometimes if things are too big for letter box postie leaves them on step, how are we even supposed to know its there? I'd rather receive the card and go and pick parcel up next day. After all the sender has paid for a service that they are not getting it as Postie is signing for it themselves and if goods did go missing off my front step I would be in a very difficult position as vendor would see on track and trace that parcel had been signed for. So no I wouldn't do it to cheat vendor but it I don't think the postie should just sign it without agreeing with me that he will do it first
