Luv it................. .....What's the best way to store it when not in use?...should I remove the carto & leave it standing upright?........might have to buy a case or something, so that I can use it away from the house.....looks a bit offensive in my trouser pocket....... ...................

Only use the water from your hot tap on rainbows, not from the kettle. A couple of people have had them distort if the water is near boiling.

No need to remove the carto when not in use, but lock it by clicking 3 times again So pleased to hear you Luv it

I've just clicked the button 3 times to turn it off, but if I then press it once, it lights up again.....Is that correct?

some of the batteries are a 5 click off/on plus you need to time the clicks right

But if you've pressed it once and it still comes on then no, you've not locked it

Ohhhhh I didn't know they lock. Have you got a riva 1100? If so that means mine locks too! How do you do it please?

Press the button 3 times in quick succession then if that doesn't work try doing it 5 times
