Funny story from a doctor

Now that Mr GJ and I have our sense of humour back I thought I would share this story told to us by one of the doctors at the hospital.

He had been working in the A & E department when a man was rushed in who had cut off the tips off of all four fingers on both hands.. When asked how this had happened he said that he had been cutting the lawn with his Flymo and when finished had decided that the hedge was needing a trim... rather than go and get out the hedge trimmers he had held the the flymo one hand on each side to the hedge.. the first turn of the blade removed the tips of his fingers.

while he was being treated another man was brought in who had also lost the tips off of all four fingers on each hand.. when asked what had happened he replied.. I was driving home when I saw a man cutting his hedge with the Flymo and I just thought ..."what a great idea"
