Sounds like a short. I seem to have seen a couple of folks
describing this symptom lately so maybe there's a bad batch
floating around.

Suggest you empty out and clean and return it to the vendor.

Chrissie, you are a diamond. I feel like I should be paying a membership fee to be part of this forum. So many decent people willing to help total strangers.

Having a slightly better day today, managed to keep busy. I dug out a very old "cig-a-like" I purchased last year and it came with 10ml of "mojo gold & silver" which I have been vaping in a old V1 clearo. I still can't stand the smell of the RY4, it's been steeping for 4 days now

Chrissie, I have no idea what a GG or a SD is but I fancy a go

Maybe we should try to organize a Cornish mini meet so I can thank people face to face and try out these abbreviated wonders.

BTW, I can not recommend storm's diy RY4 highly enough. I am still too new to give a review but if I was told that I could only choose 1 juice for the rest of my vaping days, that would be it.

GG is a golden greek and SD is a screwdriver . The SD is probably one of the earliest mods made by trog an excellent solid pv . As for the GG I don't know much about them , Chrissie seemed to have hers stuck to her hand when we met her so didn't get much of a chance to see it

So Storm, how come you started making your own RY4? Was it because you liked certain ones and wanted a go or because you couldnt find one you liked?

Also, where do you get your menthol crystals from? I did ask you about a mth ago on another thead but you never came back to answer me

Sorry Sandra I must have missed it , I get my menthol crystals from boots , the ry4 probably because I found one I liked and they changed the recipe , so thought I would have a bash myself , info I'd grabbed from numerous threads on here and ukv . I seem to have gone from tob flaves to really sweet flaves and my own ry4 is a very sweet one , very slight undertones of tob but sweet and morish IMO


Edit: I have just bought something called cooler that is supposed to make your diy menthol more refreshing , so I'll comment on that on a new thread once I've tried it

As oneday says they sell them for steaming , it says for use in aromatherapy , even says irritating to the respiratory system , but as far as I am aware anyone who uses crystals to make their own menthol buys them from boots , personally I think the warning is the usual get out clause they have to put on the bottle , same as the chip compliance stuff the vendors have to put on the juice bottles
