Im 95% certain that the Riva 1100 which I have been recommended will fit my dads needs perfectly but Iv'e just seen a review on a Vgo and now my head is in doubt.
All I know is its got to be able to last the whole day for a heavy smoker who will hit it regularly and produce a nice amount of vape as well as give him a nice kick on the back of the throat. I would sooner it was to much then to less if you no what I mean.
If you think I would be better going for one over the other please let me know as I want to make sure I get the right one for him im guessing they are both 510 compatible
thanks a lot

Stay as you are Chris . . . the VGO is a 901 connection, which isn't the end of the world, but you'll then need an adapter if you want to use anything that is a 510. . . I'd keep it straightforward as possible.

Hi, If it's the Jacvapour Vgo your talking about, then I believe that's an 808 thread fitting. Battery wise it's performance will be similar to a Riva of equivalent rating. Personally I'd go for the Riva as the 510 thread fitting is more common, so there's more choice of cartos etc to put on the end of it John EDIT: But then again, Perps's brain is bigger than mine, so she's probably right!

I was recently advised that the riva batteries can last most of the day. I was advised on this thread allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=7544&page=1Those advising also suggested vision carts. I have plans to buy once my current titan 510 batteries are dead, so havent tried yet, but those on the thread have and gave a good review. In terms of the throat hit, the e liquid used will also have an effect on that. Throat hit wise, PG gives a better throat hit and less smoke, VG more smoke less throat hit. Of course the nicotine strength and flavour also makes a difference.

We have just recently had a poster on here who bought the Vgo (recommended somewhere else) but then wanted to use 510 stuff on it, we looked and looked for a suitable adapter, but couldn't find one. That person went on to buy the Riva kit! So, to answer your question, the VGo may look the same as a Riva/Ego but is not a 510 connection so your choice of stuff to use with it will be limited! I'm pretty sure though that both batteries have similar staying power

Chris, I'm new to vaping & was a 30 a day roll my own man..........On the recommendations of many on here, I opted for the Riva 1100 kit & am really pleased with it...............The battery will probably last a full day, but the beauty of this kit is you have 2, so there is always a back up ( providing you've charged it of course... )......
