Newbie needs help.

Hello everyone I have no idea about forums and the same goes for e cigs so I need all the help I can get ! I have done some checking and read mixed reviews on buying on line and what goes into the contents of e cigs , it is all so confusing . I suppose it is like dodgy ciggies you worry what dangerous chemicals are in them. So advise on where to buy safe products is welcome . I smoke menthol cigarettes and want to try the better alternative. What is the best value for a beginner ??? I want this to be a good experience and not a waste of money . I am no doubt in the right place for advice.

my suggestion for a great kit would be the Riva from Vape Escape click here
