The long list of juice choices is on the left of the page. You can choose the nicotine strength and whether you want PG, VG, or both. PG (propylene glycol) is thinner and gives the most flavour, VG (vegetable glycerin) is thicker, sweeter and gives more vapour, so a combination of both is preferable. Most people have mainly PG. ( 70% PG, 30% VG for example.)

thanks for all the help everyone im just about to order my riva and a few 5ml testers of e liquids, id like this order to last me at least a week is there anything else i will need before i buy ? im thinking maybe a mains charger ?

The cartomisers & the cleraomiser (Vision ego) will easily get you through a week - maybe even a month or more. I'd say a minimum of 4 x 5 ml bottles of juice. And it's up to you if you get the mains charger. Have you got a mobile phone charger with a usb lead/ if so just unplug the usb lead from it & plug in the Riva usb charger. Lol, I hope that makes sense

sorry 1 last question do you think id be better off going for flavours that sound yummy or flavours that taste the most like real cigs ?

Debb definitely go for the yummy sounding ones. Two reasons for this: 1) tobacco flavour juices never actually match the taste of a real fag 2) when we all smoked our only choice of flavour was tobacco (ok maybe menthol as well).... now the world of taste is at your feet, jump in and marvel

Debb, the mains USB hub that Karma has linked to is brilliant & can be used for so many other things as well. It's got a long mains lead, so it's ideal if you ever decide to try what is known as a passthrough e-cig.

Re the juices, I'd go for a mixture of both.
