If you want to reduce the strength and the harshness a bit the easy way is to get a 1ml syringe from the chemist (any) and glycerine (value range about £1.50 - vg) from Boots and dilute it a bit. Just add 0.1ml to the bottle of juice until you're happy with it.
Hope that helps...

guys just a update all going great, virtually cut down to just 2/3 real cigs a day, which is excellent. can anyone recommend, an e-juice which produces more vapour (smoke). all your help has been great and its been fantastic, just need to order some more refils then e-liquid now. caramel tabac is really nice.

I generally use a 50/50 in most of my juices or up the voltage and i get plenty of vapour

Thanks for coming back with an update Jitesh & so pleased to hear you are doing so well #icon_thumbsup#
As Ciar says, e-liquid with a higher mix of VG than standard, will produce more vapour. Standard is usually 70% PG & 30% VG.

You could also buy some VG (Vegetable Glycerine) to add to the juices you already have. However, it will cut the flavour & the nic content, but it does make your juice go further & will give you more vapour. You can buy a 100ml bottle of pure VG from a chemist for about £1.50 or a small bottle from the baking section in most supermarkets. Well done on only smoking half a fag yesterday

i am going for the custome vapour option. going to choose a PG 40% & VG 60% option, that should produce more vapour. Stuck on nicotine strength, not sure if this relates to the strength of a normal cig. will go for 5% as thats what a normal Marlboro is like lol

I would go higher than 5% nicotine. Most people who smoked 20 a day normal strength ciggies need around 18 - 24 mg to keep caravings away!

Jitesh, Karma is right. The 5% will be too low for you.

would 10mg Nicoteine be better? as my e-lites are wearing out, which e-cig would people recommend? got a budget of £50 for a kit, want one which i can get refils easily and can be topped up with my own juice. i think i am finally getting to grips with the lingo lol

I'd go higher again Jitesh . . . don't forget your body absorbs nicotine differently than what it does from regular tobacco ciggy's. So you'll need that higher strength to get a similar sort of nicotine hit . . . 18mg is a good middling strength.
