Are the Eastmall regukar 510 atties ok? The ones I bought from TECC sale are starting to quickly diminish & I'm gonna need some more very soon. I have a bag full of half dead atties. Some have been boiled and are now limed up due to the hard water, & some are just sitting there. Are there any ways I can revive them for the time being?

I've done very badly when trying to revive atties, Hissie, if they don't do it spontaneously after being left for a while. Boiling has never done any good, be they ordinary atties or cartomisers (mind you, I've got some more ready to test but it wastes so much juice ). I've only had EM LR atties, not standard ones. I did get standard ones from Amy @ Health Cabin and had a few duds among them scylla

I have heard that putting them in vodka for 24 hours might do the trick :-)

I've never fared very well with reviving atties either Hissie, though I've not tried the vodka as Lisa suggests . . . cola was another liquid I'd heard does the job for some people.
Similarly, I've not had any of EM's standard 510's although their HV's have been fine for me, so you'd hope the reg's to be a comparable quality to all their atomisers.

I also never bother cleaning my atties these days apart from the occasional dry burn. Or shove a dying LR901 attie on my Garry Dibley passthru, just to get a few more days out of it.

Thanks folks. Might have to consider laying them to rest for good & send them to attie heaven

Beep, are you using AVG as your anti-virus by any chance? If so, it's been giving a false positive on the Eastmall site.

I decided to boil the dying atties & so far they all now fire up. Haven't tried them with juice yet tho'. I boiled them for 20 mins & then steeped them in cola for a few minutes. Lastly rinsed them under the cold tap. Will try vaping on them later & report back

Belt and braces reviving procedure, Hiss And it looks good cos if they fire up they're sure to vaporise (famous last words). Well done, I shall have to try again scylla

On the strength of that Hissie, I'll have a go as well with a couple of mine.

Update on my boiling experiment . . . one totally dead one, stayed totally dead . . . the other still had a little life in it, and although sparked up post the boil, didn't do anything. So thought I'd have a go at 'de-bridging ' it . . . . it's now in the bin so that says it all. I've also mailed Selina this morning, just to check what the closing/opening details are for the Chinese New Year, as if memory serves me, many factories close for a couple of weeks either side, and this could have a bearing on our next order. Will report back when I've details.

My goodness! Selina replied in the time it took me to post here. Eastmall will be closed between 27th January - 12th February. I'm aiming to place our order on the 14th Jan and to start a thread this Friday ( 7th ) to give everyone time to put together their orders.
