Dunno whether if has any circuitry, but if it just a switch probably no locking. But the switch does look recessed, so would be hard for it to go off in a pocket or handbag.

His website ain't exactly great for descriptions..Also if the mod is grounded via the body, the conductivity is going to be poor.
