Yes Blakey I will try that, one weird thing though, now I have got it less airy,
it doesn't work on the riva only on the twist, I guess it's not protruding enough for that, made me wonder about Esme's problem or anyone's if it doesn't fire on some machines, at work now, but will have a play more with it soon and when I get wick delivery

I have just about had enough with it.

Was getting along swimmingly and have now found that the ring you screw on the wick & wires has disappeared.

Everything was laid out and I go out the room for 2 mins and when I come back to put it on........... its disappeared!

Its so not fair, nothing.......... I repeat nothing is going right I now wish I never bought the bloody thing!!

I think she means the knurled ring that goes around the ceramic housing that holds down the wicks and the NR wires and tightens against the base..

Thanks Jason, are you completely sure? its the ring that you screw to keep the wire and wick in place.

Just gone to close the Louvre blinds in the living room when I saw on the floor near the bottom of the blinds a silver glint................ bent down to see what it was and..........................
