I bought one for Bel direct from the US. Excellent service from Provape. From what I have heard they have a really good after sales service as well. Thank you! Do you have to pay for an import tax? I did, can't remember how much now but it wasn't a lot.

I bought the OH provari from Provape - Satin mini, blue LED & extension cap. Royal mail handling fee and vat came to £30-38. Provape mark the package as goods so it will be stopped by customs (they actually looked inside ours) - passed to the Royal Mail who will send you a letter and you can pay online before they deliver. (they don't deliver until you pay!)

I've bought a couple of Provari's direct from Provape in the past, great service from them . . . £29.75 was the last bill I had for Duty/PF Handling charge.
Worked out about £30 less costly than buying from a UK Vendor.

Me too, I bought direct from Provape as no U.K stockists had them in at that moment in time. I was stung for £22 import duty and £13 parcel-force handling charge, which is payable on-line as a poster above said...then Parcel-Force or Royal Mail deliver.

Yeah the vendor you bought it from should've covered it or at the very least, cost of postage.. I am sure you will get a replacement..Sounds like a faulty buck boost regulator.. I reckon the problem lies there too............... ???...............Whoosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....straight over my head.......... I disagree, more likely a problem with the quantum generator not producing enough fertbarts to power the juice modulation and extraction device, leading to a loss of hertz and the e8 error sandra is experiancing. And yup you wanna get your money back, especially if you get import charges, although i'm sure they would refund you if asked, bummer on a new device though
