O no Sandra! What was the problem? Surely as you've just bought it, it would have been replaced automatically, or did you buy direct from Provape in the first place?

No Perpy its from Vapist, I actually had a problem with it straight away, it was set at 3v (ish) and killing atty's, I put a 3ohm coil on my Vivi Nova and it was throwing out E5 and E8 errors and the Vivi Nova was fine on my other Provari, I rang Vapist and he said it was probably the Nova. But if I wasn't happy I could send it back.
I cleaned the Mini and had to go out and left it at home, when I used it the next day it was fine for a few days, then it went nuts again, and I cant say if its when I change the battery or its just random but it can be set at 2.9v and its actually throwing out more like 5 or 6v, the atty is crackling like mad and to get my other Provari to do that I have to set it high, I was only using the Ody on it after as I didn't trust it, but needed to try and find out when it would happen so I could explain to Provape.
I emailed Vapist again and he told me to email Provape, really good and quick response from them, so now its off and away.

Yes Provape are absolutely spot on with their communications, although I'm a little surprised it hasn't been automatically exchanged for you Sandra and that you've had to contact Provape yourself. Perhaps that's how it works. ???

Yeah the vendor you bought it from should've covered it or at the very least, cost of postage..
I am sure you will get a replacement..Sounds like a faulty buck boost regulator..

I hope it won't be long Bel, think they do try to sort it quite quickly Tbh Carl(Vapist) may well refund me the p&p or perhaps Provape, not sure.

I would have assumed when you bought it in the UK, you would not have to send it back to the US, especially when it's brand new.

Must admit though, i would have thought the supplier would have sorted it rather than the manufacturer......IMHO

Your contract is with the vendor, and he should have dealt with Provape.
At the very least you are going to be stung again for the handling charge when it comes back into the country, if not the duty. I remember asking when I collected mine from the depot, and paid £30 something pounds, what would happen if I returned the item under warranty, was told I might have to pay duty again and then try and reclaim that from HMRC.
