Ordered some blue foam from James recently - just got around to trying it out.
Being a bit of a cynic... I wasn't expecting it to be a lot different to the standard stuff supplied in carts - how wrong could I be !
This stuff is great - it seems to wick much better so seems to last about 3 or 4 times longer in between topping up.
I've been struggling with carts lately so had resorted to a drip-tip (which I don't really like) - but now back on the carts and vaping like a trooper !!
Just one question - how do others use it? - initially I cut a piece twice as long as the cart length, and folded it. That didn't seem to work so well, now I just have a single piece about the same size as the original filler.

Stan, I cut a piece of foam just over half the size of the cart & lilttle less than the width.
I find this works just as well as cutting a piece the full length of the cart.
I don't even bother with the white stuff that already comes with the empty cart. I bin that and use a fresh piece of the blue foam.

hi stan, im not sure if james is precut im guessing not. i have precut but i trim a 1/4 of one side, i find then that its not too packed and runs freely. i would say 8mm wide and 10mm long/deep (into the bottom of the filter). i find it best never too overfill ie: dont let it pool on the top, if it does either lightly dab the top with loo roll (wasted juice) or just give it a tweak with the pointed tweezers, it will soak down then. if it floods a bit, ie: dont seem to be firing well pull off the cart and have one or two puffs without the cart, that cures it normally. raggy...................

I know exactly what you mean, Stan I couldn't get on with refilling carts so I was a committed dripper, until I discovered blue foam (on someone else's recommendation, of course ). I overstuffed my carts until I found that "less is more", sorta scylla
