I've been suffering from horrible stomach cramps for the last few weeks, and only recently put it down to vaping (took me while to connect the two- im not very bright!) And after Googling it appears that yes, stomach cramps does appear to be one of the few side effects you can get. Two questions really... Any one else suffer this way? How do you relieve them? Standard painkiller pills? Is this a long term thing? Or will my body adjust? OK, that's five questions, lol.

Yes I've been having this problem, I have had IBS type problems in the past, but it had been under control, vaping seems to have flared it up. A lot of sites say that this is a PG reaction, i seem to have other things labelled as PG reactions too, so eventually I will try some juices with a lower PG ratio to see if this helps. In terms of the cramps, buscopan has helped some

And is this long term ellen? It doesn't settle down? I did try Googling for more info, but all the sites I found were a little vague. They said that cramps is possible but not whether it goes away.
Bloody horrible innit? #icon_cry#

Most likely, it's a process during which your body is getting rid of the toxins I think..
Probiotic yoghurt drinks may help you feel better and it should pass. If it persists, see a doctor.

I love my probiotic yoghurt drinks and think they do have a beneficial effect on my stomach..The multi-fruit ones are not sour at all..
I make yoghurt at home twice a week.. Yoghurt is not really sour milk I don't think.. That would be curds wouldn't it?

I dunno, probably something that someone told me as a kid and being gullible i believed them. So much so, to the point where I still cant even now, lol.
My daughter eats them daily and my stomach does flip flops watching her eating them.

It may pass for you, but as I already have IBS type problems, it's almost happened in reverse for me, I had no problems in the first few weeks, but now they've got quite bad. Allergic reactions don't "pass" if you keep exposing yourself to the allergen and I think I am probably at least mildly allergic to PG. I will know better when I've experimented with ratios a bit.
P.s ibuprofen won't help stomach cramps, in fact you run a risk of making them a lot worse, ibuprofen is not good for your tummy. Any chemist will have buscopan, give that a try and maybe some lower PG juice

Yogurt isn't spoiled milk, makers just use a particular strain of bacteria to make yogurt out of milk.
You could try pure VG juices to see if it helps.

Yoghurt is a dairy product produced by bacterial fermentation of milk. (from Wiki). Yummy.
Not sure if that will help boo though.
I love the stuff.

ok thanks guys, will give the PG thing a go. I've seen reference to PG/VG but didn't really understand them (still don't to be honest!)
Will look out for that jollup too from the chemist, thanks ellen xx
