Ended up getting the Riva, which arrived today. Had the same problem as Leyla with the battery, and also forgot to hold the button down! However, while the clearomiser works fine, the carts won't work at all! Am I still missing something? ???

Have you filled them with some juice? I don't think that they come prefilled, mine didn't.

Chris, please come back & explain a bit more I use the Boge cartomisers mainly all of the time & actually prefer them to the Vision clearomisers.
