Low resistance 901 atomisers

Good evening!! hope you're all well!

Just wanted some opinions really re the LR901 which I ordered.

I have noted that the bit/element inside is extraordinarily high and protruding, ok so it therefore buries itself in the cart filling more, I presume this is how it can run so much hotter and therefore give off more vapour? (please remember i am still learning this stuff!)

Thing is, using my SDMk2 and freshly added juice to cart,aside from the VERY alarming snap, crackle and pop sounds, the filling is just getting burnt- noticed the burny taste, took out the foam and it was brown, burnt like - was looking for the ideal in-between atomiser..Gone back to my 901 now! beepxxx

Doesn't sound like you're keeping your cart/filling topped up and wet enough Beepsie if you're getting a burnt taste/filling. I keep my filling quite wet without drowning the atomiser.

You'll probably find you use more juice with a LR than a normal atty.

I've not had any problems at all with my LR901 so the only things I can suggest are that you need to keep your cartridges even wetter or try a different shaped cartridge?

Try pushing the foam down a bit further as well Beep, trimming if necessary, i've not tried the 901LR's yet, but will in the next order... tonight, my device of choice is a cartomiser on my Slim Jym, it's great having all these doofers to play with

speaking of carto's btw, im sure they must be LR too, cos the inhale feels very similar?
