How do you know when somethings had it?

I started vaping a couple of months ago with the tornado, that seemed to have stopped working properly so I then got a vision that fitted onto it, that seemed great at first and I even got quite used to the crackling noises it made haha now that doesnt seem to work very well any more, ive had it a couple of weeks now, does that mean I need a new one? Im so fed up with having problems with them lately ive almost had a propper cig a few times ...........
Where am I going wrong? or is it just that the things dont last very long?

Visions are disposable items, they do need replacing. Some people reckon a couple of weeks or 10ml of juice before they start going downhill. This can be prolonged by washing them out with warm water every so often, and they can last a lot longer. But it won't last forever and it's worth having a couple ready for when one gives up the ghost.

With most things, you can do your best to prolong their life - with regular cleaning etc....but they will eventually die, which is why they're rather cheap.

Try cleaning the vision. Just swill it and shake under warm running water until the wick looks nice and white again, do this for a minute or two....some say leave to dry after, but I never do....then pour some juice back and have a vape (if after a few minutes it's still duff then you should probably admit defeat and buy a new one)...if not, it's good to go. As for batteries, these should be lasting a few months, I think. Make sure you're keeping the battery thread clean and dry.

If you're fed up of buying new visions all the time, then buy a vivi nova, or buy a rebuildable vision, and once it goes kaput, replace the atomiser head, which is fairly easy.

I did try rinsing it out yesterday but I dunno why but I seemed to make matters worse....Yes, ive sent for another vision so hopefully it will come tommmos.

It can get quite an expensive do then cant it? I know though that its still not as dear as the fags were, and is much better for my health.

After you've washed it the first few drags will be rubbish because all you're vaping is steam until the juice comes back through the wick

Viva nova? Is that a whole new thing instead of the Tornado?.........................As for buying rebuildable...Im useless having to do anything as I dont know what im doing half the time lol............now ask me to bake a cake and I could do that with my eyes shut lololol

I have a Hiatus Hernia which causes me a lot of problems , one of them being to have to some horrible burning tastes in my mouth..............Im just wondering if thats what the problem is rather that the vision itself, once the new one comes I will have to see if that tasted the same

I've managed to get 6 weeks out of a Vision (v2) so far. Rinse out every couple of days and steep in Steredent solution every couple of weeks. Bought half a dozen 2 months ago and only used 3 for different flavours.

Mary, IMO cartomisers are the cheapest way to go if you're worried about cost

I think thats what Chrissie sent me to try, they dont seem to hold much juice thougth and seem fiddley to fill ............plus I dont know what goes on the end of them....told you im hopeless lol
