Have voted too. There are things I've always found heart-warming on this forum, like raggy's example of people not being snapped at to go and search when they ask a question that's been asked before. I've noticed that people are never ignored either. So long as we keep that atmosphere I'm personally not too worried about how things are organised, but thanks for giving us all the opportunity to offer suggestions.

Thanks Always, Inn & Lynda Inn & Raggy are right, we never mind how many times a similar question is asked. Apart from us all just wanting to help & remembering how the concept of e-cigs were to us to begin with, IMHO people asking questions are the lifeline of a forum like this. Plus off topic chat. pics etc of course Inn, I really hope that no matter what, we can keep the good atmosphere From the results of the voting so far, it does look like the majority would prefer more separate sections. However, if I go ahead with that & folks find it difficult to navigate, I & others can help you find your way around. Plus I can always change things back again

oh dear!- i think i have maybe misunderstood what i have voted for.. : ( thought it was JUST to have a new section for 'off topic discussion'. is there to be a whole bunch of others as well?? oh no chrissie, are we going all ebay???
and btw, have to also praise the kind folk here who patiently answer any question, and yep, even if it's been asked before! imho it is extremely reassuring to get up to date and individual answers and it's vital that the place remains such a friendly starting point. beepxxxx

But newbies tend not to read the information stickies, they like to ask questions and get personal attention, and that's quite OK.
scyllaWhat about meeeeeeee? !!! And... guess who's been watching the Joan Rivers doc and it's rubbed off scylla

MM, that exe file is part of your AVG antivirus & shouldn't be removed. AVG can slow down some pc's & hog bandwidth. I find Avast antivirus (free) to be a lot better.
Can you start a new thread on this please MM?

I've tried a compromise:) I know that the majority that voted wanted a completely new board for Off topic but from PM's etc, several members that post regularly preferred sub-forums.
How's it looking so far? Apart from all the "moved topic" threads making the main forum look a tad messy?

Just tuned in and it's looking good to me Chris - thank you for doing this. As you say, once the moved topics have dropped off the front page of the main board - it's what I believe we all asked you for.

Thanks Perpy I can move threads without leaving the moved thread message, but for the most current ones, I thought it best to let people be able to easily find where the thread had gone.

Am loving the new categories/forums/boards Chris ( still not sure what to call them ) - there's so much that has been discussed that I've missed!

The forum is looking much better now Chrissie and its easier to find info.
