Proud to say been fag free all day I have about 5 juices on the go varying strengths and just keep swapping and changing when I get the urge for a cig ! This morning when I got up was bad but got through it , so yet again vaping has come to the rescue for the 2nd time ! |

It was pretty nasty here in west yorks last night has calmed down today. it calmed down here at lunchtime I live just on edged off Pennines and its windy here at the best of times lol went into barnsley today and there were a few branches blown down and a great deal if surface water but like you say last night was windy. I just hope that's it now for the uk for the winter but seems to be happening more and more  |

Really feel for you and there is no right or wrong answer ! I started off having the odd one or two at around the 6 month mark and really wished I hadn't as I started smoking again for about a month but now getting back into vaping again. The thing with me is if you are doing both the hit from a cig is soooo much better that when you do pick up the ecig it's just a disappointment although tastes soo much better. Try having some higher nic in for those harder times and try a cig you might hate it you might love it but you won't know until you try |
