Outstanding all round, communication excellent, goods arrived the following day packaged very very well, in original boxes and bubble wrap. I was amazed at the excellent condition of all the items I purchased, you could easily pass them off as brand new! I am sure one is brand new ;-). It is a crossbreed, we have labradoodles and many others of the like, so must this dog be one or the other? whichever it looks/acts most like?, therefore it a Jaffa Cake must be a ciscuit or biscake.

When the Provari is supplied does it inform you to use or not used certain battery makes? this is with reference to one Provari that was sent back and user was using wrong ?(Brand)? battery?
I am saving for a Provari, but this has put me off a bit, expensive customer service when its not your fault.
If this is so very rare in a Provari having issues, why can't the vendor just take the hit and build up respect for his company?

almost forgot, in the box was a big voucher, 20% off next order, expiry date 23rd July!!! urrrr that was yesterday. Wouldn't of used it anyway.

Got home today and 20 bottles in a crdboard box waiting for me with a Deutsche post mark!!!
Yes it was my ejuices from Easy (not), nothing special smell wise, and I even tried a bottle of Mary Jane because they said it was a much better version NEW, but just the same as the original, just slightly weaker. I did find a use for the one bottle of MJ I had ages ago, I add about 5 drops to 20ml and it gives a slight menthol/MJ after taste, quite different.
