For reference I'm using a lavatube and I think the batteries are the 18650's
What's happened is my battery was down to 3.5 I stuck it in the charger and poof little bang from the charger and smoke

Battery still works which is nice
When I put the battery in the charger (not plugged in) green light shows on the charger.
When power then applied light remains green
Does this sound like a blowen charger?

Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to remove the converter (currently using pliers which can't be good for the thread)

I've got a couple of ego (not sure which but are silver with a little white button which lights up blue when pushed) batteries and I normally use the rainbow clearomisers.
Ok so the lights come on when I press the button but no nice reassuring crackle and no vapour

Any ideas or do they sound knackered. The clearomisers work fine on my lava tube btw.

I've got a Lavatubve v2 and a couple of ACTV3 tanks and some boge carts (regular) I cannot get the setup to work the carts just dont fire up when in the ACTV3 tank. I have tested the carts by plugging them directly into the lavatube and they fire.
Do I need a special connection ?
Does it sound like they are knackered ?
Any help advice or suggestions most greatfully recieved !
