Curries, chillies etc I've been ok with, yes they've seemed a little spicier but nothing that I haven't been able to eat.
The one thing I cannot eat since giving up smoking is Tuna - I simply cannot stand the smell or taste anymore and believe me this has been really hard as I loved tuna (sandwiches, salads, pasta etc). Strange eh?

Lemon and lime Raspberry ripple cream Strawberry and Kiwi Piña Colada Tropical (Mango and Pineapple) Really into fruity flavours at the mo so have been having a little play around with some new flavourings  Is that Capella Lemon & Lime?, if so its lovely, one of my favourite flavours so far Have you made the Tropical before? as i love Mango Hi Jcol Yes it's the Capella Lemon and Lime - really pleased to hear your recommendation! Today is the first time I've mixed the tropical; I too love mango so keeping my fingers crossed it turns out ok |

One year ago today I tried my very first e ciggie and found this forum and I have never looked back!

Out if interest what brand of Irish Cream flavouring did you use? I adore Baileys and mix my own Irish Cream eliquid using FlavourArt's Irish Cream. I have tried a couple of others (Capella being one, can't remember the other) and tbh they weren't a patch on the FA.
The Capella Irish Cream hasn't been wasted though, a few drops in a mug of hot chocolate is gorgeous!!

I left both the NYC and Choc Fudge Brownie to steep for a week initially Ant. Mixed both at 10% (added a little strawberry to the NYC) - they are both absolutely delicious! I found that the NYC was better after 2 weeks but that was probably due to the addition of the strawberry. The CFB is soooo moreish I will be mixing more of it this week |
