A regulated market already exists - self-regulated If folk wish to find a 'reputable' vendor then ECITA regulations are fairly strict - and TW also adhere to a high standard.

The main thing regulation will do is reduce variety and make unobtainable or put out of business some very reputable juice vendors. Tami at Mom and Pop Vapor Shop for instance is really 'OCD' about cleanliness and quality in general - but may not be 'legal' to be sold if UK regulations are enforced - and me ADV (All Day Vape) is M+P's Tobacco Praze - which would deny me something from an otherwise reputable and trusted vendor
