Chrissie, I took your advice and emailed her with all the relevant info - PP transaction numbers, order & customer number etc.
If she has taken the weekend off then good for her.
I will leave it now till Monday and then, if I haven't heard from her, I will phone/email again as a gibbering pathetic wreck.......

LOL Magicma! I must try that - I just have to think of somewhere to hide my baccy paraphenalia that I don't know where it is I so cannot believe that this vaping is so brilliant! Daughter is coming round later with my grandson and it will be so nice not to see a scowl on her face because I have 'accidently' left a blooming ashtray on the side.... I know it is very early days for me, but I am so determined to make this work for me - and hubby. x |

Yesterday I went from 10.30am - midnight with a single puff of a dirty filthy roll-up - then got up this morning, put the kettle on, rolled a ciggie, smoked it...........then noticed my e-cig battery charging up in the socket next to the kettle.........
Duhhh!!!

So I have phoned the customer services No and left a message for someone to call me back.

I will contact Lisa in the morning as I al also soooo very tired and will probably sound like a total pratt in an e-mail sent tonight.......great to know that I should be able to sort it though. Thank you so much.
As for my vaping - I am converted, Praise the vaping lord Lol!
The one I ordered from cloud9 is the Titanium Riva as hubby has pinched the black one that I received today - he also is very impressed.
I will come back to the board tomorrow with updates for you.

What a total twonker I am!
I have just bought the Riva 510 from cloud9, and paid with PayPal - but I have accidently paid for the one item TWICE! I have checked my PP acct and there are 2 payments, but on checking my cloud9 acct there is only ONE Riva ordered.
Hope that makes sense - and what can I do?
Do I phone PP, or Lime-it.com (the company that the payment went to, or cloud9?
I do hope someone can advise me as I can no afford to 'lose' £50.
And just to say, I received my black Riva 510 today, with juices from James and I am chuffed to bits with it - fantastic!

I ordered the Riva 501 because most peeps seem to be impressed with the battery life of it.
