PMSL at rolo, chrissie & rolo regarding my little purple book! Tracey(thereangelsreally) has seen it whilst having a coffee at my house, and she was truely amazed at the IDS and code 42's in it. Besides each ID I would also write a little note about that ID.......and I would make nice notes as well. And yep, you are all correct, it would fetch a fortune.... My favourite two-faced poster was Tonycucumber, who I called Mr C. He was a real rogue, and not a very nice one at that...... |

I never thought of it like that to be honest - I mean the reasons behind getting rid of Q&A.
But I do really respect your reasons for thinking the way you do.....and you are both more experienced on that board than I would ever have been. And the more I think about your theory, and I have thought about it, you are probably very right.
Mind you, I have had more 'slaps' in the past 3 days for my rather blunt postings, than I have ever had in 3 years!

Lol Perpy! I have a little purple book that I have kept posters IDs in, especially the code 42's - I know that soinds suspect of me, but I started it when I first started posting 3 years ago so I could keep up and remember IDs, and it sort of just grew and grew, and grew...... Some very interesting reading in my little purple book..... |

Chrissie, sweetie, in the SD MK11 Users manual this is exactly what it says about charging the battery..... Place the charger in a suitable power outlet WITHOUT the battery inserted. Yhe light on the charger should light GREEN indicating it is ready for a battery to be placed in it. Carefully insert a battery into the charger.What i was doing was putting the battery in to the charger first, then plugging in the charger - the batterries were NOT charging up. Hubbys way - the same way as the manual - they charged up. Oh how I HATE it when a man is right. |

Hi Chrissie Hissie, I have the SD MK11, and on the first day of using it the button dropped off............so as Chrissie says tighten the button on real tight, and checkm it daily. I also got a 901-510 converter, but to be honest I find it works better with the 901 atties. But hubby prefers it with the converter and 510 atties - so each to their own really. I got extra batteries from an American site that Chrissie gave me a link to - much cheaper than a similiar UK site. |
