I wonder if theres some higher quality capacitors that can be used like with high end audio hardware, pcs etc, they recommend panasonic ones and have seen gold plated ones too, although those are much larger ones but maybe they do smaller ones that would fit these dimensions.

It seems to use new micro coil heads as theyre calling them plus comes with a larger glass tank and chimney adaptor. Also seems to be in a kit with a mod that looks suspiciously like the m80, maybe with a different board though and some new color scheme too www.smoktech.com/kit/micro-one-starter-kit

The HotCig ZERO Modz Style 50W Variable Wattage APV Box Mod was sent for review by gearbest, available from www.gearbest.com/electronic-cigarettes/pp_157518.htmlreduced in price recently, available now for $48.05 for the silver or wood version is currently $44.99 (the wood version doesn't have a sleeve, its all 1 piece and the battery is changed out from the bottom with a battery cap similar to the vapor flasks or sx mini that requires a coin or wide flathead screwdriver. The 510 also appears to be a different one. Its a 50 watt device that appears to be powered by the yihi sx300 chip with 1 button for firing and getting through the menu with the use of the gravity sensor. The body is stainless steel with covers that can be changed out. The battery compartment is made of wood, and the 510 is spring loaded and made of stainless steel too. The mod is comfortable in the hand due to the c-frame design and is quite compact but a bit wider than some other mini mods so the larger tanks and rdas will sit flush. Its quite a heavy mod however at 164g without the battery but it feels solid and theres no gaps in the body. The cover slides into place and is held on by the wooden interior with no magnets, it can be quite a tight squeeze but you can bend the cover a bit if its too tight or too loose, I found if it was loose it would also not sit flush so found it better to bend it inwards to keep it looking good. The button is a decent sized one with a ring around it and the button recessed into the ring. It has quite a loud click too it, a bit hollow sounding but it worked fine. Theres a micro usb port for charging at the side of the mod and a screw at the bottom for creating a connection to the battery that you need to loosen when taking batteries in or out. Its a small screw so its best to just loosen it a bit rather than take it out completely or it could get lost easily. I found the battery to be easy to remove when the screw was loose but the wood inside could in theory expand at some point so its a good idea to keep the wood in good condition and maintain it occasionally. The mod fires down from 0.2-3.5ohms, and the display has all the main details on it like the wattage, ohms both to 1dp and the voltage applied and battery charge level to 2dp. Theres also a visual battery indicator. The battery voltage seemed to be off by 0.12-0.14 volts however so a fresh battery would show up as 4.32. To use the mod its quite simple - 5 clicks to switch on then 5 clicks to access the menu. Its also 3 clicks to lock or unlock the mod. When you enter the menu the first option is the watt adjustment that you can do by tilting it left or right. It adjusts in .1 increments and accelerates after a while too. Adjustable from 7-50 watts. Once you have the watts selected, press fire once and it'll display "EXIT ON" then tilt left or right to go back to the main screen with the newly changed wattage. If you want to turn off the mod completely click again after you see "EXIT ON" and it'll display "SYSTEM ON" then tilt left or right and it'll shut down. Another click then cycles back to the watts adjustment screen. One thing to note is theres a small flathead screwdriver effectively built into the mod on the wooden area which is for loosening the battery screw to take it in and out. On my particular one it was very tightly placed into the mod and even some prying with another screwdriver didn't seem to help so I just used a separate screwdriver when taking the battery in or out and left it there as decoration. Also on the outside of the mod there were no logos or serial numbers to be found. Specs: 7-50watts 8.5 x 2.6 x 4.8 cm 0.2-3.5ohms 164g takes 1x 18650 spring loaded stainless steel 510 Pros: Comfortable mod to hold due to the rounded cover Small size Feels sturdy to hold yihi chip seems accurate Attys sit flush, even ones with a long screw like the kayfun Cons: Tool required to remove battery The cover may need to be bent inwards if its not sitting flush Quite heavy Only 1 button Battery screw could get misplaced if unscrewed completely many times Overall its a nice mod, its been out for quite a while and doesn't have all the latest features like temp control but still looks great and works well. Theres alot of versions of the zero modz clones and this seems a good one with the stainless steel cover. Theres other versions around with 3 buttons instead of 1 or with temp control and even ones with different patterns or materials as the main body but use a screw cap for the battery, so its a personal preference which one looks the best. I think PG was also used in hospitals in the air conditioning systems to keep germs out of the air in the past, maybe it still is now but there were some studies/articles about it at the time. Also I can't remember where but I read PG had similar disinfecting properties to alcohol too even when diluted to some extent. I think this is a good argument for being able to vape anywhere (just disinfecting the air)

Yea I hope for the least amount of regulation as possible. Its better to spend any money on more research into lomg term effects, which wires are best to use and at what temperatures etc than to have alot spend on other things like researching all the different flavours individually, its fine to have some lab testing on different flavours but that can be done quite cheap compared to the proposed standards. I think even after theres some decision on what to do they'll be some time before anything is implemented too at least in the UK, of course China will always have everything for sale too I'd imagine

Not all e liquid has child proof caps i have just bought a 30ml glass bottle with a normal screw dripper top on it the same as a eye dropper so that may be what they want to stop Yea it seems with some of the premium juices or interesting bottles they don't seem to all have the child proof caps these days, most of the older style plastic ones did for years but there was a small amount that didn't, but maybe now theres a bit more out there, although theres been talk by politicians about the caps even before the premium bottles became popular, I'm sure that'll be one of the first things they'll want to have a standard for though.

Yea its good to start off with low watts then see if thats satisfying and if you want a bit more vapour or warmer vape to increase it a bit so 7w then 7.5 etc but 15w seems to be around the most to go for the nautilus. The higher vg ratios can sometimes have trouble wicking on the coil heads with smaller wick holes too, so with higher vg ratios it might be good to take a primer pull (take a drag without pressing the fire button) to help wicking it, but i think around 50% vg would be fine, maybe even a bit higher. The subtanks generally work fine with higher vg ratios than the nautilus, they can provide higher airflow that can cool the vape down too so you can use higher watts, but with the largest airflow setting its for direct lung inhaling. Generally the higher watts/more vapor means higher nic intake so you would maybe need to reduce the nic of the juice if its particularly high, but up to 15w on the nautilus should be fine for 18mg usually. Its also fine if you find the nautilus satisfying to stick with mtl and lower watts and higher nic, sometimes people find the direct lung inhaling more satisfying but sometimes not too. I think alot may change the method over time from experimenting with sub ohm tanks and then preferring that or they maybe did not find mtl too satisfying or the lower vapor production. It can also end up being more expensive as the higher watts uses up more juice so can cost more, but with the lower priced juices and diy its still not bad. My adv for years tasted very odd at first but as I filled up a tank of it I ended up finishing it and actually liking it lol, however I found it didn't taste the same after a while on most tanks and setups so found a few other ones eventually.

It seems strange that you can buy bongs, pipes etc of any size but they want to impose a restriction on the hardware for 2ml tanks and "leak free" possibly hinting at cartos or something. Most of these things seem to only make sense if there was to be a pharmacy product where they want to try to have the exact same dosage etc every time, however theres loads of herbal products that don't have any pharmacy license possibly because the dosages of the active ingredient varies every time.
"The TPD does not ban new flavours in e-cigarettes and e-liquids. The TPD permits Member States to make their own rules on flavours in e-cigarettes and e-liquids, however the Department of Health has no current plans to do so."
This is a bit confusing, they're saying the TPD doesn't ban flavours which is technically true although in effect it'll mean theres way less flavours. Then it says the TPD permits the member states to make their own rules but the Department of Health has no current plans, so basically the UK won't be making their own rule on flavours which sounds like they'll be following the TPD's rule on it then rather than not making a rule at all.
The good thing though is that those who agreed with the 95% safer studies all recognise the benefits of multiple flavours being available as they are now as well as multiple devices being available for successfully switching over which means if anything implemented causes that to change then they'll not agree with those changes at all. Others who want to lead to a clamp down on flavours and only basic devices being available don't seem to understand how it works and whats needed for people to quit or they know it and then actually want the outcome to not be an effective product/products.

Looks like its using the same screen as the isticks, but it has ss temp control too, maybe the same ss temp control as the evic mini, would have been good to use the eivc's larger screen though. At least having 3 batteries means it can get to 200 watts without pushing the batteries as hard as the dual 18650 ones.

I wonder if this battery would b good to use, it says 5200mah with 20a continuous www.orbtronic.com/26650-5200mAh-IMR-Li-ion-battery-orbtronicNo idea whats under the wrapper though, i've not really seen any sony, samsung, lg or panasonic 26650 batteries around these days tho I did read that sony or panasonic had one with good specs that was hard to find. Theres some MNKE ones that seem good too but around 4000mah also theres a few efests around with decent sounding specs.
