I'm surprised you've spent that much, you never seem to post about the latest and greatest, or any, kit you've bought. If you've spent that much then I'm really worried what I might have spent. What's in hand right now @ raffles ? Easy Tiger  Luckily, I've never suffered from the 'must have' attitude, why do you think I'm still happy with my 'last century' Volvo. If it works, that'll do for me. I've got a couple of the original iStcks 20w and if one packs up I'll look for a 'reasonable' replacement.  |

I know it's sad but I still keep a spreadsheet of every 'vaping' spend plus what I would have spent on fags. It's a good job I've never suffered from 'shineyitis' but it does keep me motivated. In nearly 4 years... Vaping £2,523 Smoking £11,150 Net Saving £8,627 (don't ask me where it is though!)  |

Sorry Chrissie ... none here, although I do have a filter system to delete emails from women that keep pestering me! I bet that's the least overtaxed software ever created  Wouldn't you like to know... just checked the stats... 15,432 emails deleted this week... plus most offered free trips to Thailand (providing I took my chequebook) Tease-smiley |

Drinking a set amount of water per day is simply not necessary. A massive myth has built up around the "8 glasses a day" campaign. Drink when you're thirsty doesn't sound as jazzy, but it's the truth. Kidney stones can only be down to fluid intake if that intake is extremely low. People who live in the most arid areas on earth suffer no more health problems than we do. Most fluid intake is habitual. I banned those "look at me I'm a health freak" water bottles from my company meetings on safety grounds, because they enrage me. A bit hypocritical as I swallow about ten cups of coffee a day. Or more. So for those worried about their lack of water - don't be. It's all smoke and mirrors (bollocks substitute). Many, many years ago... I'm talking the 70s... my boss used to take his 'management team' to a beautiful country pub just outside Bristol for 3+ hour lunches/meetings. I once had the temerity to say that I had to get back to the office, and he said... 'If I am getting pi**ed, so are you, and who signs your expenses? Next round!' Happy, happy days. |

Did you see the lady who was singing the national anthem she missed her que:) Yep, bless her, but what would you expect after Tinie Tempah performance (had to google him as I've never heard of him)... talk about 'dumbing down' ... the occasion only needs 'Abide With Me', the National Anthem and some rousing military bands. |
