I've hit the 3 week mark. No bother for me. I've not even looked at a cig let alone wanted one. It's been an easy transition for me as I've had something else to occupy my mind with....namely this forum and the wealth of knowledge of the members! I'm 100% sure I would not have been able to just quit full stop.

I had a private dentist. I used to have a detal plan with my job, but it stopped a couple of years back. I was usually able to recoupe around 70% of the work carried out which was great, saved me a fortune. But about a year ago I needed quite a bit of work done. he wanted £1'300 to do it!!! I've since moved dentists and am getting it all done for £209. Ok, the materials used may not be as high standard, but so far, the dentist has been a lot more gentle - female dentist |

That treatment would probably fall into the £209 brackett, unless you're looking for a gold or porcelain one.

I grew up in North London. Cockney slang was part of life round my way. As too was the urban slang. Quite a multicultaral area I lived in, just 5 mins from Tottenham.

Hi macchiato.
I have a 6mg 30ml of health-e-vape Coffee 70 /30 mix pg /vg (tried a couple of times and seemed too low nic for me). It was £8.49, so if you fancy it for a jack's, let me know (o.n.o). It is quite sweet - described by Callum @ Heath-e-vape as more of an esspresso taste. I don't actually drink coffee so wouldn't know lol. I've found the coffee flavour I was looking for in Dave's Dekang Coffee.
I would say I'd have the cherry, but it may also be too low nic.
