Keep it up mate! I didn't think I could do it, but here I am! I had a few of ciders while vaping and it was ok. Thought that having a drink would need a fag with it but it was alright. Looking forward to Wednesday. It'll be two weeks off the smoke and my daughters 3rd birthday!

I just thought I'd share my experience of Clear Smoke. I signed up for the free trial. Read through it all and got the kit 3 days later. I tried all 4 carts that come with it and all of them had leaked in the packaging. Before I smoked it each time, I had to wipe the cart with tissue. The smell was bad too. I tried it around 6 times and phoned them the same day. I told them I didn't want it and asked for the return address. The guy said I could have it for £29.99. I said no.
I then recieved an email that I had to confirm I was going to send it back. I confirmed. I was then met by a message saying something like "Are you sure you want to miss out on this great deal?" or words to that effect, and they were now offering me the kit for £15.95.
I was quite stunned that a kit they had up for £59.99 would now, after a rather horrible experience of it, cost only £15.95. This confirmed my thoughts that they were shoddy and I was glad to spend the few quid to send it back to them. Almost put me off ever trying an e-cig again.

Nice one for the guide. It's all starting to make sense. I guess at this stage for me, if I wasn't getting enough nicotine, I would know about it ha ha. I know with the "full" strength cartz I got with the kit from GS, I felt they were a bit too much. The lights seem ok.

Well, I've ordered a 18mg 10ml from www.e-liquid-e-liquid.com today and a 6mg 30ml from health e vape yesterday before I joined up here. I guess one of those should give me a good idea  I've not got the correct kit (got a greensmoke) to use them yet, but it's in the pipeline (thanks to malibu  ) |

I'm on greensmokes light cartz, which they say are like 0.6mg cigs, and they seem fine. I guess it's a case of suck it and see.....literally lol. Thanks for the replies!

Welcome along Benny, did you realize that now there are 3 people from Hertfordshire in this thread and dont worry about that first choice of e cigs,most of us have been there,if you get something new and better,they can always be spares It's a big ol' county  |

I was wondering what strength of nicotine juice I should get and would like some advice please.
I used to smoke 15-20 Marlb Lights a day (0.5mg nic it says on the box).
I wouldn't want to pump too much nicotine into my body, baring in mind at the moment I'm vaping like I smoked - every hour or so - as the "fag break" habit is still there.

Funny you should mention juice. I was going to ask what the strengths mean. I smoked Marlb Lights - 0.5mg nicotine. Does this mean I should really stick with 5mg juice? I ordered 6 MG LOW, 30 ML of Coffee flavour from Health E Vape. Have I understood how it works correctly?
Also, will I need the filler/fluval before I can do anything with it?
