I just tried to follow this link and found I needed to sign up, did that and found I still need to go through hoops just to be able to view it. I give up!

Sorry Jeanie, I know we are off topic now. BB my lowest ohm setting is 200, I got this one from Maplins about 6 months ago for about £10 on offer Uni-T UT132A I find I need to let it settle for about 5 seconds before I read the result but it is a cheap one

Riva 1100mha I got 2 packs of 5 and have tested them all to be 2.5Ω even though the box says 2.0, Hoping this is ok :-) If you used a multimeter there's usually about 0.4 of natural resistance that has to be subtracted Thanks Ellen, I just checked the meter pin to pin and it comes out at .2 so should it take it the carto's are actually 2.3?

Hi Jeanie Before I started vaping I read through this forum for 4 days solid, well worth my time :-) I was also on 100g of tobacco per week and as DDes mentioned I went for the 24mg nicotine strength. I have been vaping about 1.5 weeks now and found sometimes I just could not get the sort of hit that I could from a real cigarette, yesterday I got some low resistance Boge cartomisers (http://www.vapeescape.co.uk/boge-510-low-resistance-%285%29~146) and they really hit the spot for me, also the flavour is so much better. Please keep in mind we all have different tastes. keep your options open for now, it's all about what best suits your needs.

Oh and to clarify, that'll be alright with a Riva 1100? I read you shouldn't go below 2 ohms with them. Not sure if anyone saw this, it's true you shouldn't use anything lower than 2ohms on a riva, did you mean you've bought some Bauway 306 atomisers? I'm not sure they're a good idea on your riva, they will work but you run the risk of knackering your battery. I only use that stuff on my ego twist at low voltage 3.4 Nooooo! I got a 306 (tested to 1.6Ω) yesterday and have been using it on the Riva. Should I to stop using it? I got it from VapeEscape www.vapeescape.co.uk/bauway-306-lr-atomiser~217the details state ' Bauway 306 Low Resistance Atomisers, for use on 510 fitting batteries such as the Ego & Riva.'

I tried the Clearo's for a few days and got tired of drinking juice, I find the Carto's have been much more reliable. I have been using VapeEscape Delux tobacco 24mg for the past 2 weeks and liked it, just made my coffee taste like mud. I got some Boge LR carto's yesterday and my coffee is fine again and I get a really good hit.

Hi, Went to see the nurse today (diabetic, me not her) about glycerine due to the bottle warnings stating not suitable. She was happier that I quit and told me not to worry about the contents, she even asked for the forum URL after I explained all the support given here. I must say I feel so much better after 1.5 weeks of vaping, within this time I have had 4 Ciggs and that's not a problem for me as it should have been a few hundred. I think if I need a cigarette I will have one as once I get my vaping customised to my needs I will be tobacco free. It’s a bit hit and miss at first and a lot is down to personal taste/habit.

Sorry Vapin, my stupid humor I have the 24mg delux tobacco from vape escape, I became totally sick of it after 3 days and ordered the mix I mentioned earlier in the thread at 18mg. What I have since found is I need to go back to the 24mg for a good hit, turns out I'm liking the delux again :-)

Hi Ant, was it nice tasting bubble gum though? I got these: Pineapple coconut rum - This was quite nice and very different, sorry but im not very good at describing flavours Gold & Silver- This out of all the tobacco's ive tried is the best but still, its tobacco. Menthol - Well its menthol, no surprises, although I mixed the menthol with Gold & Silver and wow, its amazing Jasmine - This was ok but hard to actually get a flavour out, maybe it was coz i used it in the same cart that i used tobacco in. Espresso - i prefer espresso to coffee, you can taste it more Also got a freebie of Watermelon - nice and fruity with lots of flavour, well it tastes of watermelon but you really notice it. sorry if the review is not great, I think you need to be like a wine connoisseur to be able to review this stuff properly, although they say how its all musky and fruity and whatever and then i drink it and it all tastes the same to me Sorry Vapin, did the OlyBoxing Friday and my head's been spinning since. Bubble gum taste was a surprise, sweet is ok for a while but I've been looking for bacon and egg with no luck as of yet.
