I have found the threads are quite flakey
The way I learned about threads years ago was to rotate anti-clockwise until you feel the thread click and then go clockwise but if you feel too much resistance start the process again. Cross threading is going to make a lot of money for this industry :-)
If you're talking about the top seal, I did read in the forum someone mentioned using a condom he had cut up to fit over the seal, sorry I can't remember who.

So I have been puffing away all afternoon swapping between the pineapple and the Wmelon, every now and then I am getting a taste of bubblegum! not sure if this is due to me mixing them.

I think the main issue is a lot of people would think there was no fault and just that Clearo's are not for them. I wanted to use them as I believed the volume they can hold would make things easier. As I have found an easy fix and it's working fine I will just stick with it, better the devil.. I did make the mistake of taking it out in the garden today (bit of weeding in the sun) Got a mouth full of Pineapple, not that bad  much nicer that a mouth full of tobacco flavour . |

thanks for posting Ant, annoying thing is I was left a while you were out card even though I was home. Royal mail always do this to me, they cant be bothered to come to the 5th floor and deliver to my door so they always just pretend no ones home and leave a card, well annoying, ill report back tomorrow when i can pick it up. I guess you didnt get a free bottle Ant? I would email them, they gave me a free bottle, or they said I would get one. or did they send you a flavour you already had? Ah, I got a 5ml bottle of L&H, just didn't bother to mention it as I have only ever smoke tobacco flavour since I started, I was starting to get a bit sick of it all but the new flavours have resolved that issue  Been an hour on the pineapple and still loving it. The last postman we had would knock and walk away, can't complain about the new one :-) |

Postman delivers  my order of preference before testing was Watermelon - Espresso - Apple - Pineapple Coconut Rum but after testing I found Pineapple Coconut Rum - Watermelon - Espresso - Apple The Pinapple is loading in My Clearo and the watermelon went into a fresh carto for the day. At this point I must say they are all very good.  |

Mary,
Had mine 2 days now and had similar problems. Strange thing I noticed yesterday was there was small bubbles in the bottom of the tank. I removed the battery and put my palm over the bottom and gave a good blow through the mouthpiece. I found juice seeping out between the plastic housing and the lower metal ring, so I cleaned it and wrapped it in electrical tape and it's fine now.
I did this about 6 hours ago and not had a problem since.
I hope that makes sense, been up a very long time.

Usb is standard 5v , the Riva charger drops that to 4.2 so you should be ok, Should... ;-)
